"Anupamaa Gets Motivated to Move Forward, Anuj Realizes His Mistakes "Anupamaa Today's Full Episode 5th April 2023.
The episode begins in Kanta’s house. Anupama tells Kanta and Bhavesh that this time she’s all broken and has no reason to live and the courage to fight for herself.
She tells them that she doesn’t want to live anymore. Looking at her hands, she blames herself for not being to hold on to her family but couldn’t handle it. She cries remembering Anuj leaving her. She calls herself alone as everything got over. She feels empty and doesn’t want to live without Anuj. Kanta hugs her. Anupama cries in pain. Her family tries to be her support. On the other side, Anuj too breaks down as he misses Anupama. Dheeraj reaches Anuj.
Anuj hugs him tight. Dheeraj asks him if he’s fine. Anuj recalls how he asked Kanta to tell Anupama to move on within him. Dheeraj tells him that neither Anupama nor he will be happy without each other. He calls Anuj to be a fool for leaving Anupama for the sake of his daughter. Anuj asks him not to lecture him. Dheeraj asks him to call him whenever he needs him for anything. He reminds him that he will not leave him alone. Anuj thanks him. After Dheeraj leaves, Anuj looks at Anupama and Anu’s photo.
He opens Anupama’s contact. When Anupama talks about not wanting to live anymore without Anuj, Kanta holds her hand and takes her out of the house. Bhavesh follows them. Kinjal understands Pakhi is going through some turmoil and asks her about it. Pakhi tells her that she didn’t like Vanraj’s concern for Anupama. Kinjal agrees with her as she felt weird about it too.
Pakhi feels that Vanraj, Ankush, and Barkha are taking advantage of Anuj and Anupama’s broken relationship as they don’t want the couple to get back together. She feels Vanraj has crossed all the limits.
Paritosh enters the kitchen and asks her
what’s the problem with Vanraj’s helping attitude towards Anupama. Kinjal tells
him that Anupama doesn’t need Vanraj’s help and that Vanraj used to be the
happiest when Anupama used to be in trouble.
Pakhi agrees with her and blames Vanraj and Maaya for not wanting Anupama and Anuj to get back together. Paritosh asks her not to misunderstand Vanraj as he’s genuinely worried for Anupama. Kinjal tells him that Vanraj didn’t show concern when she needed her. Paritosh tells them that neither Anupama nor they want to understand Vanraj’s intentions. After he leaves the kitchen, Pakhi and Kinjal decide not to let Vanraj succeed in his plan.
Kanta takes Anupama to a nursing home and shows her how the patients there are struggling with their lives but still wants to give their last try to live. Anupama is surprised to see them and their courage and hopes to live. Kanta tells her that she sees these people every day when she comes there to give tiffin to them.
She takes her out and tells her that nobody should lose hope to live their life. She reminds her that she’s privileged to have a family, clothes to wear, and a house to live in as many people don’t get this basic facility. She asks her if she wasn’t living before Anuj came into her life.
Bhavesh agrees and reminds Anupama that she has to keep moving on in her life. Kanta tells her that she’s an inspiration for many women. She tells her that a mother cannot lose and stop living as she’s not meant to give up. She encourages me to stand up again and live for myself again. Anupama looks at the paintings of the little kid who is fighting with his heart disease and crumbles the page where she had written that she wanted to die.
She takes Lord
Krishna’s name and throws the page. In the morning, while Vanraj shaves his
face, he gets a call from a corporation and receives it quickly. Anupama does
the morning aarti with her mother and brother. They are glad that Anupama is
getting back to her normal life. Anupama is grateful to the almighty for making
her realize the importance of life and decides to make the rest of her life the
best of her life.

Anupama brings courage in herself to face the outer world that taunted her for Anuj living with her. She tells them that neither Anuj nor she has left each other. She then walks towards her dance academy.
