The episode begins in the Shah house. Anupama asks everyone to welcome Paritosh with a smile. As Paritosh keeps his feet on the floor, Vanraj puts them back on the wheelchair.
Paritosh breaks down. Vanraj asks to look around how his family is welcoming him. Hasmukh blesses him. As Leela breaks down, Hasmukh asks her to be Paritosh’s courage. Leela welcomes him. Kavya keeps Arya in front of him and tries to touch him. Anupama suggests so that Arya does the tilak. She makes Arya do the tilak. Everyone breaks down seeing Paritosh.
Anupamaa 12th February 2023 Today's Episode Written Update
Anupama wipes Paritosh’s face and asks him not to lose hope as time will change and he will be fit again. Vanraj asks Paritosh to enter the house with hope and courage. Anupama asks the family not to keep tears as it’s a happy day that their son has come back home. The neighbors clap as flowers are showered on Paritosh. Samar, Adhik, and Vanraj take Paritosh inside the house. Hasmukh thank the neighbors for coming.
The neighbors feel Paritosh is lucky to have such a supportive family and take leave. Paritosh is taken to the temple of the house. Anupama prays to Kanha ji just for Paritosh’s well-being. Vanraj decides to take Paritosh to his room. After Paritosh is taken to his room, Anupama recalls how Paritosh kept his feet on the ground to stand up but couldn’t. She falls on the floor and cries howling. Kinjal breaks down when Pakhi tries to console her.
Leela holds Anupama to console her. Anupama tells her that her son couldn’t touch elders’ feet and pick up Arya in his lap. She breaks down emotionally and lies on the ground. Leela adores her. Hasmukh sits beside her and asks her to have faith in the almighty and not lose hope as she’s a mother.Anupama wipes her tears and sits straight and believes that Paritosh will be fine.
Kinjal gets some strength seeing Anupama strong. Anuj comes back from the office and finds Maaya struggling in the kitchen. Maaya notices him and asks him for tea. Anuj denies it and goes to meet Anu. While she cooks, Barkha enters the kitchen asking her not to try to be Anupama as she will come back. Maaya tells her that if she could have given attention to her husband, then her marriage would have been happier.
Barkha asks her to shut up. Anuj asks her to stop as there’s no reason for hating Maaya anymore or must have some dignity while being disappointed in Maaya. He asks Barkha not to forget how well Maaya is taking care of Anu in Anupama’s absence. He asks her not to create chaos unnecessarily. Anu asks Anuj to see her diary and Maaya gets busy in the kitchen.
While Kinjal reads Paritosh’s medical reports, Paritosh gets reminded of how he betrayed her but she’s still with him. He calls Kinjal in his weird voice after paralysis and apologizes to her. Kinjal sits beside him and keeps her head on his chest saying that she has never wanted anything bad to happen to him. Vanraj asks Samar to make a photocopy of Paritosh’s medicine list and diet charts and give it to everyone in the family.
Leela asks him to take some rest but he insists going to bring fruits for Paritosh. As he was walking towards the gate, he loses his balance when Anuj holds him and saves him from falling. Everyone asks him to take some rest to take care of Paritosh. Kavya brings a glucose drink for Vanraj. Hasmukh is thankful to Anuj and Anupama for always being there for the family. Anuj apologizes to Hasmukh and Leela for saying too much that day.
Hasmukh asks them to go home and take a rest. Vanraj agrees as Anu must be missing Anupama. He tells Anuj that he will pay back the money he gave for Paritosh’s treatment. Anuj informs everyone that Anupama has paid the entire money for hospital bill with her own money. He asks Vanraj to tell him if he needs anything. Then Anupama takes him to meet Paritosh. Anuj is shocked to see Kinjal taking care of Paritosh. Anuj assures Paritosh that he is there for him. Anupama tells him that she will come back tomorrow. As Anupama was leaving, Paritosh calls Anupama.
Anupama leaves Anuj’s hand and sits beside Paritosh.
Paritosh apologizes to her for hurting her always. Anupama breaks down in
tears. Anuj is in tears and so is Kinjal.
Precap for Anupamaa Upcoming 13th February 2023:
Anupama reaches home when Anu comes running to her. Rakhi cannot tolerate the pain Kinjal’s going through. Anupama thanks Maaya for taking care of her family in her absence. Barkha tells her that Maaya has taken care of Anu’s father as well.
