"Anuj warns Anupamaa Not to Take Their Relationship For Granted, Baapuji Blames Leela, Anupamaa Upcoming 29th December 2022.
The episode begins in the venue. Ankush is glad that Anupama has arrived as Anu got very disappointed. When Anupama, Anu, and Anuj join them in front of the stage, the family congratulates them and Hasmukh calls them the real winner.
Pakhi cheers them too. Anu tells them if they were the real winners then they would have received the trophy. When Ankush asks Anupama why she was late, Anupama tells him about Arya’s health. Anuj ignores her words and takes Anu with him. While Anuj drives, Anu tells Anupama that she was in tears when their performance got canceled at first but is glad that she could reach the venue.
Anupamaa 29th December Today's Episode Written Update
Anupama understands Anuj’s disappointment. Anuj doesn’t speak a word with her and stops the car. Anu asks him if the car has any issues. Anuj tells her that he’s going to buy her ice cream for her wonderful performance. Anu asks him to ask Anupama what she wants. Anupama tells her that her father knows what she wants. Anuj tells her that he doesn’t know what she wants anymore. He goes out to bring the ice creams.
Hasmukh reaches home with the Kapadias and finds Leela lying on the sofa with Arya on her. Leela and Paritosh ask them how the event was. Hasmukh tells them that Anupama had reached the venue late and asks Leela if she made Anupama late purposefully. Lee asks him if Anupama has told this him.
Hasmukh screams at her and tells her that Anupama didn’t reach the venue on time and Anu couldn’t take part in the competition. Anuj gives Anu her favorite chocolate ice cream and gives the strawberry one to Anupama. Anupama asks him to speak his heart out. She tells him that she didn’t reach the venue late intentionally.
Anuj tells her that she decided to do all the household tasks before reaching the venue. Anupama accepts her mistake but tells her that her intention wasn’t wrong. Anuj tells her that it was her mistake to prioritize Leela always instead of Anu. He calls Pakhi to be stubborn and Leela to be insensible. He tells her that Anu is understanding but needs attention too. He tells her that Anu is being punished for being understanding and mature for her age.
Leela tells the family that she didn’t make Anupama late but she got hurt herself in her leg while in hurry and then Arya started vomiting. Barkha and Ankush blame her for not adjusting even when Anupama had to reach the venue on time. Hasmukh gets fed up with Leela’s actions of always exploiting Anupama. Anupama tells Anuj that she had tried to manage everything but failed as Arya fell sick.
Anuj tells her that Anu needed her mother as they were a part of the competition. She tells him that she did reach the venue and danced with Anu too. He tells her that it was important for Anu to win the trophy and blames her for missing the opportunity. Leela blames Anupama for trying to hold her responsible for reaching late in the venue and feels that Arya is her grandmother’s responsibility only. Barkha blames her for always harassing Anupama.
Leela breaks down into tears as she’s being blamed. Anuj tells Anupama how Anu was crying seeing other kids with their mothers enjoying the moment in the green room. He tells her that Anu is not like other kids who would stay angry at her parents for not being prioritized. He asks her not to let Anu lose her childhood. He questions her why she has to do everything. He knows that Anupama is hurt in her knees and asks her if he wouldn’t know how she rushed to reach the venue on time.
He tells her how worried he was when she was driving and then reached on stage begging the judges to give them a chance to participate. He tells her that he cannot tolerate Anu and her being hurt. As her ice cream melts, Anuj asks her to handle what’s in her hand or else it might sleep. Later, when Anuj, Anupama, and Anu reach home, Leela waits for them. Leela asks Anu to go freshen up. Anuj asks her not to start again and tells her that Anupama’s blames on her isn’t right. Anupama asks her to calm down.
Leela tells Anuj that Anupama is responsible for being late
and feels that the school function isn’t that important. Everyone comes
downstairs hearing Leela. When Leela keeps saying that the school function
isn’t a big deal, Anuj loses his cool and tells her that it’s a big deal.

Anuj warns Leela not to repeat such things. Anu wonders if Anuj and Anupama have fought for her. Leela complains to Vanraj about Anuj.
