The episode begins in the Shah house. Anupama’s children encourage their mother in her new life. Anuj sings for Anupama.

 

 During her vidaai, the family shares an emotional moment. While coming out of the Shah house, Anuj keeps Anupama’s sandals in front of her which makes her remind of their first meeting at the college reunion party. Anupama follows the rituals of the Vidaai ceremony. Looking at the tulsi temple, she gets reminded of her early morning ritual which she followed for years.

As she sits in the car, she looks at her family and gets emotional. The Shahs bid her as she leaves. While Anuj and Anupama are on their way to the former’s house, there’s silence between them. Anuj holds Anupama’s hand who’s upset all her way. He tells Anupama that he doesn’t like the vidaai ceremony as no bride can be happy while leaving her family.

 

 He understands her pain. He asks her if she wants to meet her family again as he can ask the driver to turn back the car. Anupama tells him that during vidaai, every bride has a dream in her eyes for the new beginning of her life and spending it with her life partner. She knows that she will always miss her family but she has dreams of living with him. Vanraj sits on Leela’s swing and thinks about Anupama.

 

 

He prays for Anupama’s happiness and decides to handle his family as Kavya cannot do it. He feels that he has to play both the role of a mother and father in Anupama’s absence. Meanwhile, the car’s tyre gets punctured in the way. Anuj asks the driver to change the tyre as there’s no hurry. Both Anuj and Anupama come out of the car.

 

Anupama asks him why he’s not in hurry to go home. Anuj tells him that they will not be able to spend time with each other once they reach home and start the rituals again. He feels that Kanha ji has given them quality time to be with each other. Anupama tells him that he’s becoming more romantic nowadays. Anuj laughs and asks her to wait till he shows her his real romantic side.

 

Anupama tells him that she cannot complain as other wives do to their husbands for not being romantic. Anuj tells her that other wives will be jealous seeing her husband being too romantic. Suddenly, it starts raining. Anuj and Anupama get excited. He takes her inside the car as it starts raining heavily. Both of them spent a romantic moment in the car. Anuj splashes water on her. As they were getting close, the driver arrives after changing the tyre.

 

 

Anupama gets confused when the driver misses the left turn towards Anuj’s house. Anuj blindfolds her and tells her that he has a surprise. Vanraj keeps reminders of his family’s needs. He realises that it’s difficult to run a house and wonders how a woman manages it all. He worries about how he’s going to take care of everything. Anuj and Anupama get down from the car.

 

 Anuj takes Anupama with her and asks her if she’s ready. He opens her blindfold and brings her to his real house. He tells Anupama that this house belongs to his parents. Anupama is surprised as he didn’t tell her about his parents’ house. Anuj tells her that it was his dream to take her to the house. He thanks her for coming into his life as he didn’t visit the house for the last twenty-seven years. He feels that this house will be their home as she’s in his life.

 

 Anupama thanks him for bringing her to his home. She apologises to him for distancing himself from his own house for her sake. Anuj tells her that he didn’t leave the house due to her but is coming back because of her. He opens the door of the house. Anupama is shocked to see the big house. G.K and Devika along with the Shahs welcome the couple. Devika does their aarti followed by Pakhi, Meenu, Kinjal and Kavya. Samar and Paritosh help Anupama in another ritual.

 

 

During the Graha Pravesh ceremony, Anupama asks Anuj to follow the ritual as it’s their new beginning. Anuj and Anupama enter the house when others shower petals on them. They pray in the temple. Anupama gets flashbacks of her life. The couple smiles look at each other and feel blessed.

 

Precap For Anupamaa Upcoming 24th May 2022 :

 G.K gives shagun to Anupama in her Graha Pravesh. He offers a file to her. When Anupama asks about it, G.K informs her that Anuj has made her the owner of the house and his business. She’s taken aback.
