Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 18th August Written Update " Kartik Breaks Mangalsutra and Saves Sirat ".
The episode starts with Mukesh. He shows a boxer to Sirat
and Kartik and tells them he used to be a good boxer but due to some
allegations his career finished and the same will happen with Sirat now.
He asks Sirat to think once more time otherwise she'll put
handcuffs instead of boxing gloves in her hands. The boxer notices Sirat. Later
Sirat and Kartik return back to Goenka house. Kartik asks Sirat not to worry
about anything as he'll find a new coach for her. Sirat replies that she
doesn't need any kind of coach because she needs only courage and hard work to
win the match.
She says that he is here to support her so she'll do a lot
of hard work to win the match. Kartik replies to her that to win the match she
needs proper training from a coach. Sirat asks Kartik to boost her confidence
level on the day of the match then she'll win the match. Kartik receives a
message from the staff member of the hospital who is helping him.
He reads the message and tells Sirat that doctor will reach the
hospital day after tomorrow. Sirat replies that she'll also go with him as
everything will get easier if the doctor will help them. As she both enters
inside the house, they are both shock to see that Suhasini is waiting for them
to perform the ritual. Suhasini tells Kartik that their guruji told her that
today is the auspicious day and they can perform the ritual at any time.
So they were waiting for them. Suwarna says that doing
anything together is the happiest moment for the family that's why they were
waiting for them. But Surekha taunts Sirat. Manish and Akhilesh tie the
mangalsutra around their wife's neck to fulfill the custom. Sirat and Kartik
get worried. Kairav is also worrying about them.
Suhasini asks Kartik to perform now. Kartik holds the
mangalsutra and forwards his hands towards Sirat. Sirat looks towards him with shocking
eyes. Suhasini asks Kartik to do hurry. Kartik secretly breaks the mangalsutra
then Suhasini gets worried saying that it's not a good sign. Kartik asks her
not to worry about anything. But Surekha says that the mangalsutra was not too
weak then how can it breaks. But Suhasini stills gets worried.
Kartik asks her to get worried only if it would breakdown
after tieing around Sirat's neck. He says that they'll perform the ritual on
some other day. Sirat collects the beads of the mangalsutra. Later Sirat thanks
Kartik for managing the situation at its best. Kartik says that sometimes they
feel bad after doing something good and sometimes they feel good after doing
some bad. Kartik keeps the damaged mangalsutra to the cupboard. Sirat is going
to Kairav's room. But they both collide with each other again and again then
they laugh together.
Next morning, Kairav says to Vansh that he wants to spend
more and more time with Sirat. Vansh asks that him not to worry about anything
as Sirat will always stay with him as she got married to Kartik now. Kairav
seems sad. Surekha listens to their conversation and suspects something. Later
Kartik thanks Sirat for dropping and picking up Kairav from his school. But
Manish interrupts and says that Sirat will never go to drop and pick Kairav
from the school.
He tells that the school's
trustee called him and warned him not to send an under-trial criminal to the
school otherwise they'll expel Kairav and Vansh from the school. Sirat replies
that she'll not go anywhere. Kartik apologizes to Sirat and promises her that
after proving her innocence he'll shut everyone's mouth. Manish removes one
thread from the coconut and says that only six days are left for her to do something.
Kartik stands for Sirat then Manish argues with him. Kartik
says to Manish that the fight is not only of Sirat but Goenkas are also being
involved in it, so it's his responsibility to manage everything. Kartik
requests Manish not to taunt them for the six days as this will also help them
to find some clue peacefully.
Suhasini agrees with Kartik. A guard arrives there and informs that there is someone to meet Sirat and Kartik. Later Sirat says to Kartik that he should talk to Manish in anger. Sirat recognizes the man who is there to meet them.
He is the boxer from the club about whom Mukesh told them. He introduces himself as Sikander Singh. He says that he'll train Sirat for her national-level match. But Kartik refuses because of the allegations of drug use on the boxer. Sikandar Singh asks them to check on the internet as it's flooded with Sirat's story as a murderer. He says to Sirat that their stories look-alike like each other that's why he is here. He tells them that he was a famed boxer than everyone planned and makes her falsely accused of drug use.
Sirat accepts Sikander's proposal and says she wants to do a match with her.
Kartik asks Sirat not to take such a risk but she replies that she has the
confidence to tackle this. After one match, Sirat realizes that Sikander can
train her very well for the match.
Precap For Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 19th August Written Update :
Naksh sends a voice message to Gayatri and requests
her to come to Singhania's house to tie him the rakhi.
Later Naksh tells Kirti that he is angry with Kartik for hiding such a big thing. Sirat arrives there to clarify.
