Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 17th August Written Update "
Kartik Makes Sirat Ready to Fight for Justice ".
The episode starts with Sirat. She snatches the pillow from
Kartik and along with the pillow, Kartik comes towards her.
They both fall on the
bed. Kartik apologizes to Sirat and asks her to sleep on the bed. Sirat accepts
his proposal and sleeps on the bed and he sleeps on the couch. But soon as
Kartik falls asleep, Sirat makes a boundary of pillows around the couch for his
safety. Sirat sleeps on the floor now. She thinks that within the one week she
has to settle everything then she'll leave the place.
The next morning, Kartik falls from the couch and lands on
the pillows. Suddenly Kartik gets worried to see that Sirat isn't present in
the room. He goes out and feels happy to see that Sirat is spending quality
time with Akshara while feeding her. Kartik is enjoying watching Sirat enjoying
with Akshara. Akshara also seems so happy with Sirat. Suddenly Kartik comes
closer to Sirat and brings her hand towards Sirat's chin.
Sirat feels
uncomfortable then he tells her that Akshara's food sticks on her chin. Sirat
tries to clear it but doesn't succeed. Kartik clears it then Sirat has a
strange feeling. Kartik talks to Akshara
then she smiles again and again. Kartik and Sirat become so happy to see
Akshara that much is happy. Sirat smiles a lot after a long time and Kartik
loses into her smiling face.
Kairav is watching everything standing in the corridor. He
feels happy to see Sirat and Kartik together. He also prays the God to convert
Sirat and Kartik's fake wedding into the real one. Later Kartik brings out the
box in which Sirat's boxing stuff was packed. He brings out the pair of gloves
and removes the dirt from them.
Sirat enters the room then Kartik tells Sirat that the
doctor who treated Ranveer is returning tomorrow from Australia. He tells that
he tried a lot in the last six months to find the doctor but failed but now
they'll meet him tomorrow to dig out the truth in front of everyone. Sirat asks
how the doctor will be helpful for them.
Kartik replies that he'll interrogate and will ask the
doctor to tell them who changed Ranveer's reports and why he made a fake report
for him. Kartik encourages Sirat and says that she has to fulfill the promise
she made to the media by finding her real enemy. Sirat gets so angry but
suddenly gets emotional when Kartik says because of her enemy she loses her
Mauri also. Kartik questions Sirat if she is ready to take her revenge for all
the ill deeds done by Narendranath to hurt her.
Kartik asks Sirat to
fulfill Mauri's last wish also. Kartik encourages her more than Sirat wears her
boxing gloves. Sirat is filled with new energy now. She replies to Kartik that
she is all ready to deal with the situation then she hugs Kartik. She thanks
Kartik for bringing the real one out of herself. Kartik feels uncomfortable
now. Sirat says that now she'll a good lesson to everyone who hurted her.
Kartik now encourages Sirat to play her national-level boxing match. But she
refuses.
Kartik tells Sirat that he has filled her application form
for the national level match. Sirat gets worried and says that she isn't ready
for the match now. Kartik tells her that he has arranged everything along with
a coach for her and now she just has to win the match. Sirat shows a positive
attitude and says that this time she'll win everything.
Later Goenkas are excited about their new collection of
mangalsutra designs. Suhasini says that today is an auspicious day and every male
has to tie a mangalsutra around their wife's neck. Kartik and Sirat also reach
there. Kairav gets worried thinking that how Sirat and Kartik will perform this
ritual. He tries to cancel the ritual but Suhasini isn't ready to listen to
him.
Kartik makes an
excuse that Sirat is getting late for his practice and he'll drop her. Akhilesh
asks Suhasini not to stop them because Kartik doesn't listen to anyone now.
They both leave in hurry. Suhasini feels bad. Later after reaching the boxing
academy, Sirat feels good and recalls her happy memories with boxing.
Kartik meets with the manager of the boxing academy. But
after listening to Sirat's name, the manager refuses to provide them any coach
because of the murder charges on Sirat. Sirat and Kartik get angry at the
manager. The manager says bad words about Sirat then Kartik gets angry at him
and holds his collar. Sirat challenges the manager that she'll win the National
level medal soon. But suddenly a coach says to them that they need a couch and
he needs money.
Sirat and Kartik shock to see that the coach is none other than Sirat's stepfather Mukesh Rathore. Sirat recalls that how badly he treated her and refuses to take any kind of training from him. He asks Sirat to think once about his offer because her reputation is destroyed and no one will teach her now.
Sirat still refuses to learn anything from him. Mukesh asks her to think
twice before refusing. He asks Sirat to think about her medal only forgetting
about the past. He shows her a boxer whose career is destroyed because of some
charges on him.

Kartik and Sirat return to Goenka's house then Suhasini asks him that they can perform the ritual at any time. Manish and Akhilesh do it then Suhasini asks Kartik also. Things get so difficult for Sirat and Kartik.
