" Sirat-Kartik's Close and Awkward Moments " Yeh
Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 12th August Written Update.
The episode starts with Sirat. She apologizes to Kartik as
because of her he lies to his family.
Kartik replies that he doesn't know anything about anyone
but he is sure that Naira isn't angry with him because she understands the
situation well. He says that they'll do everything for the family's sake and
happiness like they were about to do the same before also. Kartik asks Sirat to
take their relationship as a deal now.

Sirat replies that the situation was different at that time
because now she is falsely accused of a crime and the family now hates her.
Kartik replies that the situation is getting worse now but they have to deal
with it. Sirat replies that the bigs thing is that she is the widow of Ranveer.
Kartik replies he'll love Naira and the same she can do for Ranveer also. He
says that to shut everyone's mouth they have to do this drama. Sirat regrets returning.
She frees Kartik from Ranveer's promise to take care of her
and asks him to pay attention to his family and business. She further says
living Simran's life was far easy than living as Mrs. Kartik Goenka. Kartik
replies that they have to do this till the case ends, their allegations proved
false and she becomes a boxing champion as after that they'll be free to live
according to themselves.
He suggests Sirat pay attention to her career only to fulfill Mauri's dream. Sirat replies that she can fulfill the dream without being his wife. Kartik says that once their lives become normal then she'll be free to go wherever she wants. Suddenly Kairav arrives there and says that he get to know about their wedding. Another side, Manish is getting so angry with Kartik's decision. He is hurted the most also because Kartik hides the truth from him.
He says that it looks that the family means nothing to
Kartik now as he cares for Sirat only. Suwarna tries to clarify Kartik's
condition. She says that there must be a big reason behind Kartik's decision.
Akhilesh says that Kartik is giving more chances to society to talk about them.
Gayatri says that they can't change anything so they should accept this now.
But Surekha replies that she wants her to be a member of this family but she
can't tolerate her at all.
Anupamaa 12th August Today's Episode Written Update
Surekha talks so
rudely. Suhasini gets emotional. Later Kairav becomes so happy when Kartik
confirms to him that he married Sirat. He hugs Sirat and thanks Kartik for
giving him such a big surprise. He gives Sirat's hand in Kartik's hand and says
that now nobody will go to leave each other.
Kairav requests Sirat not to get changed herself at any
cost. Later Suhasini questions God that if Sirat was supposed to be Kartik's
wife then why the wedding remained incomplete before. She says that she isn't
understanding whether the relationship is right or wrong but she is happy that
Kartik is not alone at all. Sirat listens to the conversation and feels so
awkward. She gets emotional and thinks to leave Goenka's house.
Kartik is spending
time with Akshara then Sirat reaches there. She tells Kartik that she was about
to leave this house but this time she couldn't make it. Kartik asks Sirat to
sleep on the bed but before this Sirat sleeps on the couch. Someone knocks at
the door then Kartik goes to open the door. Kairav is there at the door.
He says to Kartik that today he is going to sleep with them.
Kartik says to him that he is a big boy now and can sleep alone. Kairav replies
that he wants Sirat to be with him. Sirat says that they both can sleep
together in his room. But now Kairav says that he wants the whole family for
today and wants to sleep by hugging both Sirat and Kartik. Kairav insists more
than it becomes a dilemma for Sirat and Kartik.
Kairav brings both of them to the bed. He spends quality
time with Sirat and Kartik. He holds Sirat and Kartik's hands while sleeping.
The three sleep on a bed. The next morning, Suhasini does preparations for the
Teej fast for the ladies. Suwarna and Surekha also reach there. Gayatri also
contributes and says that she is so lucky as she is still in her in-laws' house
after being divorced from her husband Samarth.
Surekha taunts Gayatri also as Samarth never looked back to
see her again. Suhasini asks them to eat before the sunrise as they'll starve
for the Teej festival. Gayatri says that they should call Sirat also. Another
side, Kartik wakes up and notices that Sirat is having a cough while sleeping
on the couch. Kartik brings her some water but the glass drops down. Kartik
apologizes to her then she replies that sorry is better if it changes something
otherwise it's useless.
Kartik goes to bring another glass of water but Sirat leaves. Another side, Suhasini says that Sirat is also the daughter-in-law of this family so she'll also perform the rituals. Manish replies that there is no need to give respect to Sirat's relationship.
Later Sirat again argues with Kartik for lieing about their relationship. She
gets angry with Kartik.

Things get difficult for Sirat when Suhasini asks Sirat to get ready like a bride and to put sindoor on her forehead for the Teej ritual. Manish says that if Sirat will attend the festival then he'll leave.
