"Kartik Says I Love You to Sirat and Saves her Life " Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 23rd August Written Update.
The episode starts with Suwarna. She helps Akshara to tie
Rakhi on Kairav and Vansh's wrists. Kirti ties Rakhi on Kartik's wrist and
Gayatri ties Rakhi on Naksh's wrist.
Naksh misses Naira a lot.
Everyone is so happy. Everyone dances together and enjoys it a lot. Sirat goes
to Naksh and asks him to forwards his wrist if he thinks her capable of being
his sister. Naksh replies that it's the truth that he can't give Naira's place
to anyone but it's also a fact that he sees Naira's image in her.

He says that like
Naira she cares for others and he'll be so happy to make a sister like her.
Sirat so becomes happy and emotional and ties a Rakhi on Naksh's wrist. Naksh
thanks Kartik for gifting him such a sweet sister. Everyone seems happy there
except Surekha. It seems that Manish's heart is also changing for Sirat.
Everyone starts dancing then Kartik collides with Sirat and joins her. They
both happily dance together.
Later Sirat gets emotional. She says to Kartik that there
are lots of things she wants to thank him for those. She says he always supports
her, cares for her, and above all he gives her such beautiful relationships for
life. Kartik replies that she is getting according to her destiny only. Kartik
tells Sirat that tomorrow they'll submit the death certificate to their lawyer
then the truth will come out then they'll win their fight.
Sirat is so excited about tomorrow's new morning for her. The
next morning, Sirat stands at an edge of a hilltop. There she recalls her life
hurdles how Ranveer's family blamed her for Ranveer's death, the media blamed
her for planning Ranveer's death with the help of Kartik.
Kartik reaches there and seeing Sirat standing at the edge,
he recalls the moment when he loses Naira as she fell from such edge. Kartik
gets so worried and pulls Sirat back. He asks her to be safe. She questions him
that why he seems so worried? But soon Sirat realises. Kartik tells her that
after reading her message that she is there he got worried and came here. Sirat
replies that she was feeling so restless that's why she comes here to get some
fresh breath.
Kartik says that they should go to court now to prove
herself innocent. Sirat is happy the soon everything is going to become normal
now. She also says that today Mauri and Ranveer would also be happy for her.
Sirat is enjoying the fresh air then Kartik loses into Sirat's face. Kartik
goes to make a call to their lawyer. Sirat is so happy today.
Narendranath reaches
there and he pushes Sirat so that she may fall from the edge. But she holds
Narendranath's hand and shouts Kartik's name for helping her. Kartik is busy on
a phone call and he doesn't notice anything happening there. Narendranath says
to Sirat that only she is responsible for Ranveer's death and he'll punish her
for that.
Suddenly Kartik notices the scene and runs for Sirat's help.
Narendranath is trying to get his hands free from Sirat's grip and within few
moments he becomes successful.Sirat falls and Kartik recalls Naira's death.
Narendranath moves from there and Kartik becomes motionless. Within the same
moment, he becomes conscious of the situation and runs towards the edge.
Narendranath takes away the death certificate and is so happy.
Sirat is hanging to a slope then Kartik asks her to forward
her hand. Sirat tries a lot but she can't. Kartik encourages her to pull
herself up as he can't answer Kairav if he'll lose Sirat. Kartik comes
downwards to help Sirat. Sirat is about to hold Kartik's hand but before this,
she starts slipping. Sirat requests Kartik to go from there as no one will be
affected by her death but he matters a lot for his family and children. But
Kartik still encourages her to hold his hand otherwise he'll come down.
Sirat again requests Kartik to leave because he can't save
her now. But he doesn't. Sirat questions Kartik that why he is insisting on her
at this time. Kartik replies that he loves her and can't let her go. He
confesses his love for Sirat. Sirat is happy at the side of her heart. She says
to Kartik that isn't understanding anything and asks him to leave.
Kartik replies that
she has to come for the people who love her and are living with her support
only. He encourages her a lot when she tries and holds Kartik's hand. Kartik
pulls her upward. He hugs Sirat. Sirat questions him if he is fine or not. He
replies that he wants to ask the same questions from her. Sirat thanks Kartik
for giving her a whole new life.
Sirat is talking to
Kartik. But only his love confession for Sirat is running in his mind. Sirat
asks Kartik that they should go to the court before it gets too late. Kartik
can't move because of a strain in his leg then Sirat holds him and helps him to
move. Sirat and Kartik shock to see Narendranath holding the death certificate.
He runs away in front of their eyes. Later Goenkas also shock after learning
about the incident.
Manish asks Kartik to
get out of the case as Narendranath can try to harm him also. Sirat also says
the same but Kartik isn't ready to back off.

Kartik says to Sirat that she can't confess anything because of society but he isn't afraid of anything and will confess his love. Later he shatters while confessing his love for Sirat.
