" Anupamaa's Old Lover Anuj Kapadiya Wants to Buy
Academy and Cafe " Anupamaa 30th August 2021 Full Episode.
The episode begins in the Shah house. Vanraj decides to talk
to Leela when Hasmukh stops him.
Hasmukh tells him that he will make Leela understand the
situation, Vanraj asks him if he’s supporting Anupamaa. Hasmukh asks him to
think of the situation if Anupamaa didn’t bring money as the factory would have
been sealed. He asks Vanraj not to worry as he will talk to Leela. Vanraj feels
himself to be unfortunate for his bad luck. Hasmukh tries to explain Leela but
Leela keeps blaming Anupamaa for keeping the house as a mortgage to Rakhi.
She gets emotional as
Rakhi has entered her house. She feels that she’s not important to the family
as Anupamaa and Hasmukh didn’t share their decision with her. Hasmukh tells her
that they had to take such a decision given the situation. Leela asks Hasmukh
to bring the family out of the crisis along with Anupamaa. In the morning,
Anupamaa tells Samar and Nandini that she has to repay Rakhi’s money somehow.
She decides to start more dance batches to earn more money.
As she grows tensed,
Samar consoles her. Nandini tells Anupamaa that her body needs to. Anupamaa
feels relieved as the factory is out of danger. Meanwhile, Anupamaa and Vanraj
receive a letter in Hasmukh’s name. Vanraj opens the letter and finds an
agreement inside it. Anupamaa gets curious and asks him what is written in it.
After reading the
agreement, Vanraj tells Anupamaa that there’s a company that has bought the
nearby plot of lands to build a school and five-star hotel and wants their
factory to be sold too. Anupamaa tells him that they should deny selling the
factory. Vanraj tells her that the offer price of the factory is five crores
which is huge.
Anupamaa gets shocked
and asks him to check again. She gets nervous as she feels the owner of the
company is a fraud. Vanraj tells her that the owner of the company is written
to be Anuj Kapadia. Later, Vanraj discusses the agreement with his family.
Kavya gets excited. Vanraj tells Hasmukh that their life will change if they
accept the offer as Anuj Kapadia is a big businessman. Samar tells him that
he’s practically right but Hasmukh has his emotions related to his factory.

Vanraj asks him not to be enough fool like Anupamaa as the loan
has to be repaid with money not with emotions. Paritosh agrees with Vanraj and
asks Samar to think practically. Vanraj tells Leela that they shouldn’t miss
this opportunity as they have to get rid of Rakhi. Leela feels okay with the
offer and asks Vanraj to ask Hasmukh about it.
Hasmukh asks Samar to call Anupamaa. Vanraj tells that he
will not listen to anyone’s objection regarding selling the factory. Hasmukh
tells him that he has his childhood memories with the factory but permits him
to sell the factory to lessen the family’s burden and Anupamaa’s tension.
Vanraj gets excited and talks to Paritosh about his friend’s father who’s a
lawyer.
Kinjal wonders how Anupamaa will react after hearing Vanraj’s
decision. Anupamaa sits in the park and recalls the incidents of the recent
past. Kavya and Vanraj get excited about the deal of five crores instead of
their factory. Vanraj dreams of opening a new cafe and Kavya too thinks of her
start-up. Kavya tells him that they should also invest some money for a better
lifestyle like renovating the house, buying a car, going on a foreign trip, and
buying more makeup for herself.
Vanraj hugs her when she decides to visit Anuj Kapadia along
with him. Nandini gets irritated after getting a call from the known number.
Samar asks her about the call and assures her that they are with her. Nandini
decides to take a rest at her place. Samar prays to Kanha ji to make Nandini
and Anupamaa happy. Leela asks Hasmukh if he’s worried about thinking about the
factory. Hasmukh tells her that he’s upset and shares how his father gave the
factory to him.
He feels glad as the factory is going to be useful for his children. Leela feels Hasmukh’s pain. Anupamaa and Samar hear Hasmukh and Leela’s conversation. Samar asks Anupamaa why she’s upset. Anupamaa tells him that anything given by his parents becomes a memory after their demise.
She tells about an incident in her past when she
broke down as she had to sell two golden bangles gifted by her father. She
feels Hasmukh’s pain and gets emotional. She blames herself for hurting Hasmukh
and Leela.

Kavya forces a cheque of twenty lakh to Rakhi. She throws the nameplate of Rakhi’s name. Rakhi decides to teach a lesson to the Shahs if the cheque bounces.
