Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 23rd July Written Update "Sirat-Kartik Gets Blamed, Sirat denies to go with Kartik ".
The episode starts with Kartik. He goes to support Sirat as
she is continuously crying badly for Ranveer. Narendranath notices Sirat in
Kartik's arms and gets angry.
On the other hand, in Goenka's house, Suwarna asks Manish to
tell them what Kartik said to him. Manish informs everyone that Ranveer has
left the world. Everyone becomes shocked after listening to this. They can't
believe their ears and says to Manish that it looks like he has misunderstood
something. But Manish replies that Ranveer is no more and Kartik told him that
Ranveer was so sick that's why he used to visit him daily.
Mauri losses her
sense and cries a lot for Ranveer. Kairav and Vansh also listed the
conversation and cry a lot. Kairav questions Vansh that why God always takes
their loved ones away from them. Suwarna is worried about Sirat. The next
morning, everyone reaches Ranveer's funeral. Kartik and Sirat look at each other
and recall Ranveer's last wish. Suddenly Saroj starts having some cough then
Sirat offers her some water.
Saroj slaps Sirat in front
of everyone. Everyone becomes more shocked to see this. Kartik is going in favor
of Sirat but Manish stops him. Saroj blames Sirat for Ranveer's death. She
accuses Sirat saying that her entry has destroyed Ranveer's life because at
first he broke all the ties with his family and now he broke all the ties with
the world also. Sirat requests her not to talk like that.
Saroj says that
Narendranath always tried to see her the truth but she never believed him and
fought for her but now seems that he was right. She now blames Kartik also
along with Sirat. This blames even becomes a bigger shock for everyone present
there. Kartik says to her that nobody can understand her pain as she has lost
her son but along with it Sirat has also lost her husband and Ranveer never
wanted to see her sad.
Saroj asks Kartik not to say his son's name as it makes her angrier.
She curses Kartik and Sirat saying that their evil intentions ended Ranveer's
life. Narendranath is watching everything standing there but he remains silent.
Manish requests Saroj to be calm as she saying without thinking anything. Mauri
says to Saroj that she has lost her son but Sirat has also become his widow and
no one is understanding her pain.
Saroj replies that
Sirat is happy now as she can do anything according to her only. Mauri requests
her not to blame Sirat like that because she is her daughter-in-law. Saroj
refuses to accept her and asks Mauri to take Sirat with her. Sirat holds
Saroj's hand and requests her not to say anything to Mauri.
Saroj pushes Sirat away then Kartik holds her. Saroj also
makes an issue for this. Kartik seeks permission to leave saying that he
doesn't want to hurt a mother by saying anything now. Kartik asks Sirat to go
with them as Ranveer was right that her living will become worse here without
him. He asks Sirat to pack her bags because no one is here to see her pain in front
of their hatred.
Kartik forwards her hand towards Sirat but she refuses to go
with him. She says that everybody needs her here in this situation and she
can't live in her Ranveer's house. Kartik insists Sirat come with him but she
again refuses. She says that Saroj is in shock that's why she blamed her
without thinking anything but she has to look after her because Ranveer loved
his mother a lot. She asks Kartik to leave now saying that she'll be safer
among her family.
Later everyone is leaving then Kartik notices Narendranath's
eyes full of hatred for him and Sirat. He recalls Ranveer's words that
Narendranath will make Sirat's life hell after his death. Kartik also leaves
now. Sirat becomes all alone in her bad time. On the other hand, in Goenka's
house, Kartik asks Manish not to think about Saroj's words as she said without
thinking anything.
Manish says that he
can't forget anything as Mr. and Mrs. Chauhan insulted them a lot and it
affects their family's reputation. He further says that Saroj didn't think once
about what Kartik has done for them before blaming him. He says that he isn't
ready to tolerate his family's insult and he understands that being Sirat's
friend he genuinely wants to help her but others will not understand this and will
always blame his intentions.
He asks Kartik to
promise him that from now onwards he'll not meet Sirat anymore as it'll be good
for everyone. Later Saroj is missing Ranveer then Sirat goes to her. But Saroj
asks her not to come in front of her as it gives her more pain. Sirat replies
to her that she doesn't know what hurted her from her side but she isn't going
to leave this house and will serve them for a lifetime.
She requests Saroj not to break ties with her as for now she is the only one there for her. Saroj's heart melts but seeing Narendranath she again behaves rudely with Sirat.
Later Narendranath plans with his lawyer to
destroy Kartik and Sirat and make them accuse of Ranveer's death. Kartik
promises to Manish that he'll protect his family's reputation along with Sirat.

Mr. Rajghdiya gets angry at Kartik for breaking his trust. Kartik shocks to see that the news channel is blaming Sirat for Ranveer's death. Saroj throws Sirat out of their house.
