Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 20th July Written Update " Kartik's Hard Work to Save Ranveer's Life, Naira's Dream Again ".

The episode starts with Sirat. She fulfills all the rituals for her fast. Seeing Kartik says to Ranveer that Sirat did all the rituals with all her heart unaware of his health ailments.

 

 

 If she'll get to know about his disease then she can fight with the whole world to save his life. Kartik further says to Ranveer that love is that what Sirat did for him. Ranveer replies that he is asking him to break her beautiful heart by telling her the truth. Kartik replies that soon she'll find the truth so at least now she should get a chance to fight and try to save her love otherwise she'll regret it later.

 He says that sometimes someone's hope and blessings have more power than anyone the doctor's treatment. Sirat notices Ranveer standing there and she becomes so happy to see him. Ranveer questions Kartik that why he wants him to tell Sirat that truth when they both know that it'll hurt Sirat badly. Kartik asks Ranveer not to tell her now but later he has to tell him.

 

 Sirat takes Mauri and Saroj's blessings. She is coming towards Ranveer then her foot slips but Kartik holds her. She tells Ranveer that she performed the ritual for his long life and good health and that's why she make all her efforts when the thread was short. Sirat is so excited now then she says that they should click their pictures to make the day memorable.

 

 

 

Kartik clicks Ranveer and Sirat's pictures. Sirat is so happy today. But it is getting difficult for Ranveer to show a fake smile to her and he gets emotional. Sirat goes with Saroj then Ranveer questions Kartik whether he thinks about his wish or not? Kartik replies that he feels uncomfortable as it looks that someone is asking him to take away their love.

 

 Ranveer replies that he is asking him to keep her safe with him. Suddenly they both shock to see Sirat standing there. They think that Sirat listened to their conversation. Sirat says to Ranveer that why he hides the truth from her but now she gets to know everything. But to cross-check Ranveer changes the topic about bringing a gift for her and he gets to know that Sirat knows nothing about his health.

 

 Anupamaa 20th July Today's Episode Written UPDATE 

Ranveer says to her that soon he'll bring the best gift for her. Sirat replies that he fails her trick. She tells that she thought that they both will get worried after seeing her fake anger but they understood her trick. Ranveer replies to her that now there are many other things to get a person worried. Sirat leaves then Ranveer says to Kartik that he'll keep his promise and will soon tell Sirat everything.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

He is thinking to do something important before telling to Sirat. Later Mauri says to Sirat that Ranveer is so lucky that he gets her in his life. Sirat replies that she wants to be a good daughter-in-law also. Mauri replies that soon Narendranath will realize his mistake. Sirat replies that if Ranveer's relationship gets better with his father then it'll be more than enough for her.

 

Sirat gives a cheese burger to Mauri and she becomes so happy. Mauri suggests Sirat plan her honeymoon again. Later in Chauhan's house, Narendranath is getting mad at their servant because he mistakenly drop-down Ranveer's childhood trophy. Ranveer arrives and says to him that he is getting angry at someone for dropping his trophy while he usually hurt him all the time. Narendranath replies to him that he never hurted him intentionally.

 

He tells Ranveer that it looks that he has to take another birth to get love and respect from him but despite all the things he still loves his son a lot. Ranveer questions him that when he loves him then why doesn't accept his love who suffered a lot because of him but she forgave him. Narendranath replies that he better knows Sirat and he feels bad when his son believes others instead of him.

 

 He says to Ranveer that Sirat and Kartik are cheating with him and soon they'll destroy his life. Ranveer asks him to change his thinking before it gets too late and this late is coming soon. Narendranath doesn't understand Ranveer's words. He says that he'll never forgive Sirat and her lover Kartik. In Goenka's house, Manish and Suwarna go to talk to Kartik about his wedding but he refuses totally.

 

He goes aside when he receives Ranveer's doctor call. Manish and Suwarna aren't understanding Kartik's unusual behavior. Later Kartik hallucinates Naira. He tells Naira that the best doctor refused any recovery in Ranveer's health and he is feeling so helpless now. Naira says that he can only try but the decision has to be get done. Kartik says that everyone leaves him alone at a point and now he isn't understanding what he is getting worried about now.

 

 Later Ranveer goes, to tell the truth to Sirat but she refuses to listen saying that before they'll do something else. Sirat plans to spend some quality time with Ranveer. Ranveer gifts Sirat a bracelet and she becomes so happy. 

Sirat is enjoying her time. Other side Kartik is trying to contact other doctors also. Later Sirat gets worried when Ranveer becomes unconscious.

 Sirat takes Ranveer to the hospital. The doctor tells Sirat about Ranveer's health ailments and also that he doesn't have much time now. Sirat gets angry at Kartik for hiding the truth from her.
