The episode starts with Suhasini. She guides Manish and
Suwarna for their wedding rituals. She tells them the meaning of the seven
promises of the wedding.
Sirat imagines herself with Ranveer according to the promises.
She takes all the promises again for Ranveer in her heart. She seems so happy. Another
side, Narendranath is eagerly waiting for the photographer. He can't see him
anywhere and gets desperate. Meanwhile, Sirat is imagining her beautiful life
with Ranveer. The photographer arrives there then Kartik signals him to put his
plan into action.
Suddenly Kartik
thinks to check the projector as after finishing the pheras he'll play the
pictures of Manish and Suwarna's earlier wedding. Suhasini is still performing
the ritual for the wedding. Everyone seems so happy there. Sirat is imagining a
happy family with Ranveer. Ranveer feels so restless then he notices Sirat
closing her eyes and she seems happy so he doesn't disturb her.
Suhasini tells the meaning of the fifth promise that the
partners will always be best friends of each other and will help each other in
fulfilling the life goals. Sirat is imagining this with Ranveer but suddenly
Kartik arrives into her imagination. She opens her eyes. Kairav arrives there
and asks Ranveer for a picture for him as he wants to send it to Kisha his
friend. Sirat clicks the picture for Kairav. Sirat notices the recording of the
party's night but she doesn't check it.
Later the photographer is setting up the laptop to play
Kartik and Sirat's pictures. But Kartik arrives there and he runs away.
Narendranath is waiting for the fake video to be played. Ranveer starts
coughing and sweating then Sirat gets worried about him. Ranveer lies to her
that he is absolutely fine and just sweating because of the heavy clothes he is
wearing.

Sirat relaxes. Suhasini tells about the seventh promise
which tells about the honesty between the partners. Sirat closes her eyes but
she can see Kartik only. Suddenly she notices that Ranveer isn't present there.
She gets worried about him. Kartik seems so angry and Narendranath notices
this. Kartik recalls that he caught the photographer and told him everything
about Narendranath's evil plan to destroy his and Sirat's image.
Kartik is about to go to Narendranath but suddenly Gayatri
arrives there. She asks Kartik to show the photos and videos as the rituals are
about to end up. Seems Narendranath understands the reason behind Kartik's
anger. Kartik thinks that he can't spoil his parents' special day because of
any useless person. Sirat is worried because she searches for Ranveer and finds
Kartik only. On the other hand, Ranveer's coughing getting worse. He goes to
the washroom and there he finds blood in his cough.
Things are getting worse for him then he gets worried. He says
he can't share his problem with anyone because everyone will get worried and
doesn't enjoy the wedding. Manish and Suwarna's wedding ends with all the
rituals. Everyone is so happy. Sirat is searching Ranveer here and there in the
house. Kartik comes in front of her then she recalls the astrologer woman's
statement. Sirat tells him that she searching for Ranveer.
Kartik questions her is everything fine. Mr. Rajghdiya
arrives there and seeks Kartik's permission to leave now. But Kartik requests
him to stay as many rituals are still pending. Mr. Rajghdiya replies that he
feels so glad here but now he has to go for some work. Kartik tells him that
Sirat will continue her work when Ranveer's health will become fine.
Mr. Rajghdiya understands him very well. While leaving he
gives blessings to Sirat so that she can get everything she desires to. Sirat
says to Kartik that Mr. Rajghdiya will get angry when he'll get to know that
she can't participate in any of the deal's events. Kartik replies that he'll
take care of everything. Sirat goes to see Ranveer. Later Ranveer makes a phone
call to the doctor and tells him about his health issue.
The doctor suggests some tests for him and asks him to tell
the whole thing to his wife also. Ranveer disconnects the call and shocks to
see Sirat standing at the door. On the other hand, Kartik confronts
Narendranath. He gets angry at him. Narendranath asks Kartik to clear
everything to him as he isn't understanding anything. Kartik tells him that the
photographer told him everything about his dirty planning. Narendranath asks
Kartik to get hyper on him because he knows everything about his and Sirat's
affair.
Kartik suggests him recall
that Sirat is his daughter-in-law. Narendranath replies that soon he'll bring
out all the truth in front of Ranveer. They both argue with each other. Later
Sirat gets worried to see blood on Ranveer's lip then Ranveer lies to her that
it's sindoor, not any blood. Ranveer thinks that he'll tell Sirat everything
after the tests. Other side Kartik gives Narendranath an open challenge to do
whatever he wants to do.

Ranveer is worried about his health and Sirat. He asks Sirat whether she'll get married again like Manish and Suwarna if something will happen to him. Sirat gets angry.
