Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 28th June Written Update " Ranveer is Hospitalized Sirat Blames Herself ".

The episode starts with Sirat. She expresses her feelings to Ranveer saying that she was just happy when returned and mistook this happiness as love.

 

 

 

 She continues and says that she understood the real meaning of love after their wedlock and every day becomes difficult for her. She confesses to Ranveer that she has only love and affinity for him which she misunderstood as love and Kartik explains to her the real meaning of love and he has occupied a special place in her heart as her love.

 She says that when she realized the truth everything became so difficult for her and she gets so upset with herself. She apologizes to Ranveer saying that she was in love with Kartik before their wedlock but realized it later. She also feels sorry for hurting him but it became a burden for her that's why it was important for her to bring it out.

 

Ranveer remains silent then Sirat turns her back to see his reaction. But she shocks to see that Ranveer has lost her consciousness and has fallen on the ground. Sirat gets so worried about him and tries to bring him back into his senses. But Ranveer doesn't respond to her. Narendranath also reaches there and he also gets worried to see Ranveer's condition. He questions Sirat that what she has done with his son. Narendranath calls for help.

 

 

 

On the other hand, everyone is waiting for Ranveer and Sirat at the party. Kartik suggests Saroj not to disturb them as they're discussing something important as later Ranveer has to leave for Mumbai. Kartik thinks that nobody shouldn't disturb Sirat and Ranveer as it's important for Sirat to bring her emotions out. Nobody is aware of the truth yet.

 

 Goenkas leave for their house. Nidhi receives Sirat's call and she becomes shocked. Later on the way, Kartik says to Mauri that Ranveer loves Sirat a lot. But deep inside Mauri knows about Sirat's heart so she is worried about Ranveer. Mauri gets emotional then Kartik asks her to share her problem with him. On the other hand, Ranveer is hospitalized. Sirat blames herself for Ranveer's condition.

 

 She says that she confessed the truth that's why Ranveer is in the hospital now. Narendranath is getting angry to see Sirat but he doesn't say anything to her. Seeing Ranveer in the ICU struggling for breaths, he becomes so upset.

 Now he says to Sirat that he knows that she confessed everything about her and her lover to Ranveer and that's why he is in such condition. Sirat shocks then he says that he knows everything about her because had listened to her and Mauri's conversation.

 

 

 

Sirat replies that Ranveer will get well soon because there is nothing important for her more than Ranveer's life. Narendranath asks her to pray for herself and Ranveer also. The nurse arrives and asks them to bring an injection as soon as possible otherwise it'll also get late for the surgery. They both get shocked then the nurse tells them that Ranveer is missing his heartbeat that's why surgery is important for him. Sirat becomes shattered and can't stand on her own.

 

Everyone is trying hard to find the injection but doesn't get it. The nurse suggests them to do hurry as it's getting riskier now. Sirat's phone gets switch off then she prays the god saying that if something will happen to Ranveer then she'll not forget herself. Sirat takes Nidhi's phone and puts a post on social media from Nidhi's account requesting for the injection.

 

Sirat feels so dizzy and breathless then a nurse helps her. Later Kartik reads the post. Sirat becomes sad as anyone isn't finding the injection instead of their social media post. Things are getting more and more difficult for Ranveer as he is becoming breathless. The doctor is trying to maintain his condition but nothing works for him.

 

 

 The nurse informs Chauhans and Sirat to get the injection in ten minutes otherwise it'll become so critical. Everyone losses their hope. Suddenly someone tells on the social media post that he finds the injection and it'll reach in two minutes. Everyone gets a ray of hope. Nidhi says that they should thank the person then Sirat replies that she didn't notice the name as the reply matters for her.

 

 Later the nurse arrives there with the injection and the doctor starts the surgery. Everyone takes a breath of relief. Sirat sends a thank you message to the person who sent the injection. But later the doctor tells them that there is some risk in the surgery because a bullet is present in Ranveer's chest. He tells the reason behind his condition is may be stress or anxiety and the bullet makes it more complicated. Narendranath requests the doctor to save his son.

 

The doctor replies that the bullet is pressing a nerve so the danger is more. Saroj says to the doctor that she trusts him that he'll save his son. Sirat feels so bad. The nurse arrives there with a permission letter for the surgery to be get signed by Sirat which says that she'll not blame the hospital if something will happen to her husband. 

With shaking hands Sirat takes the papers and thinks a lot.
