Ye Rishhta Kya Kahlata Hain Episode 10th September 2020 Written Update " Kartik Cheers up Naira's Mood Kaira's Decision for Chhori ".

The episode starts with emotional Kaira. They question to god that why he snatched their daughter from them.

Naira says that because of Chhori today they're having their daughter's trace. Kartik replies that Chhori loves her a lot and she did this for her happiness. Naira says that a bond is developed between her and Chhori and is about to ask Kartik that she may be their daughter. But Kartik interrupts her and asks her not to overthink this.

There Chhori is in pain but she doesn't want to take medicines as if she'll get well soon then she has to leave Goenka house and will have to the ashram. In Singhania's house, Kirti is worriedly searching for the picture. She mutters that if Naksh will see the picture then what will happen. Naksh hears this and asks Kirti about what she is hiding from him. Kirti lies to him then he replies that it looks that she is hiding something.

Kirti imagines that Aditya arrives there and asks that Naksh is thinking correctly. Kirti and Naksh shock to see Aditya in their house and Aditya is about, to tell the truth to Naksh. When Kirti comes out of her imagination, she hugs Naksh and feels sorry for him. There a sad Naira puts her sonography reports to the cupboard. Kartik tries to make her happy again. Kartik becomes romantic but Naira runs away from him.

They both spend romantic moments with each other. There Chhori is in extreme pain. She cries lonely. She recalls the hard time which she faced while living on the streets and roads. Her life was so hard there as anyone can snatch her money, she didn't have anything to eat and she used to sleep on public benches.

She is taking medicine to lessen her pain but when recalls that Sudha will come to take her, she throws away the medicine. She cries a lot in pain seeing her injuries but doesn't take the medicine. In the early morning, Naira thinks to go to Chhori's room. Kartik tells to everyone that Manish is so happy in the center and he told him that the members went on cycling today. He brings a lot of gifts and toys for Chhori as she is leaving today.

Kartik brought almost everything whichever Chhori demanded to him. He says that he wants to buy more things for her as whatever she did for him and Naira, nobody can do this. Suwarna asks him to send the rest of the stuff later to the ashram. Gayatri says that Naira is so sad for Chhori. Surekha says that every member of the house is sad for a stranger girl, who just spent a few days with them.

Naira enters Chhori's room and shocks to see the medicinal pills on the floor. When she touches Chhori, she becomes worried and asks Kartik to call a doctor as Chhori is having a high fever.

Akhilesh calls the doctor. Naira feels so bad as Chhori risked her life for her and she can't even take good care of her.

Chhori mutters in sleep that she doesn't want to go to the ashram and wants to stay with Naira in this house. Naira receives a message from Sudha that they'll reach their house in half an hour. Naira finds Chhori's family drawing. Seeing the drawing, Kaira understands that Chhori doesn't want to go to the ashram that's why she didn't take the pills. Suwarna brings chilled water and strips for Chhori whereas Surekha brings breakfast.

Everyone is so worried and sits beside Chhori. In the Singhania house, Naksh gets the picture of Aditya with Krish. He becomes so angry seeing them together. Later he shocks to see Kirti talking to Aditya outside the house. Kartik recalls the moments Chhori spent with him. Seeing him Suwarna says that Kartik is more worried as Chhori will leave their house today. Surekha says that if Chhori will leave the house then the house will become charmless.

Naira says that she is so worried if Chhori will again run from the ashram. Kartik says that they should stop Chhori. He further says that God had sent her to their house without any relationship but they can stop her with humanity. He tells that she doesn't have any relationship but she has a strong bonding with them. Everyone becomes so happy with Kartik's idea.

At the same moment, Naira notices Suhasini standing at the door. They all become happier seeing her back. Later Suhasini asks Kartik what they're talking about Chhori. Kaira tells her that they want to keep Chhori in this house. Suhasini doesn't reply to this and goes to take some rest. Naira understands that she isn't happy with their decision.
