Ye Rishhta Kya Kahlata Hain Episode 1st September 2020 Written Update "Kartik Ruins Naira's Bday Naira to Leave House ".

The episode starts with Kaira, going to cut the cake. Chhori joins them then Kairav gets angry and says that they are treating her like their own daughter.

Chhori goes aside after listening this. Kairav prays the god to send away Chhori and disconnects the video call. Surekha shouts at Chhori then Naira and Devyani ask her not to say anything to her as she is a child. Chhori asks Naira to make a call to Kairav so that she can apologize to him.

 Naira denies and becomes sad. Kartik says that he'll talk to Kairav later and asks Naira to cut the cake. Kaira cut the cake and everyone sings birthday song for Naira. Naira takes out the first piece of cake and puts it for Manish, saying that when he'll wake up she'll give him. Kartik wants Naira to eat the cake with his hands. He does the same but it makes Naira's face a little dirty.

 Kartik cleans Naira's face. Naira distributes the cake to everyone. Later Naira is busy in her phone and the lights of their house goes away. Naira becomes happy when she listens Naksh saying that they all think and get the idea for her birthday gift. Lights again gets on and Naira shocks to see that every lady of Goenka and Singhania house is dressed like she usually dressed up. Everyone dances for Naira.

Naira becomes so happy and she also joins them. Kartik is also happy seeing Naira happy and enjoying. Amid of dancing, a delivery boy arrives and hands over a parcel to Naira on behalf of Kartik. Naira opens it and becomes more happy seeing the beautiful earrings in it. She imagines that Kartik comes to her put the earrings in Naira's ears by his own hands.

Kartik says to Naira that he can't forget her birthday as it's a very special day for him. They both confess their love for eachother. Naira says that she knows very well that their anger doesn't affect their love. She also imagines that Kartik and she is doing a romantic dance.  When Naira comes out of her imagination, she goes to Kartik and gives him a kiss on his chin and takes him aside.

She thanks him for the beautiful earrings. Kartik starts making excuses that Suwarna asked him for the earrings. Naira asks him to stop lying. At the same moment, Manish's doctor arrives there with Manish's reports. He says that the reports aren't good. The doctor tells to Kartik that Manish's mental health is worsening so they have to take any decision soon.

The doctor further says that Manish's behaviour will become more complicate as the days passes and he can even forget the things that he recalled. He says it'll become more tough for them to manage when he'll forget them also. Akhilesh starts crying after listening this.The doctor tells to Goenkas that the surgery is the only option they have.

Kartik says that he loves his father alot and he can't take the risk of Manish's life and he denies for the surgery. Suwarna replies that they all loves Manish alot but they can't see him in such condition so they should go with the surgery. Akhilesh too agrees with Suwarna. Surekha and Naksh say to Kartik that Manish's mental condition is more risky than the surgery.

 The doctor hands over the Manish's reports to Naira and asks Goenkas to tell him later. Naira says to Kartik that everyone knows very well that he loves Manish alot but the other members too loves Manish the same and they they also have the right to take decisions for him. Naira suggests him that they should listen to the doctor and should take second opinion also before it's too late. Kartik asks Naira not to speak more.

 He says that for him only Manish's life is important it doesn't matter to him in which condition he is living as he only wants his father. They both argue with eachother and in anger Kartik says to Naira that she can't understand his pain as she doesn't have her father.

Naksh is going to stop Kartik but Devyani stops him saying that it's a husband wife matter and they shouldn't interfere in this. Naira calls Manish their father but Kartik says that he is only his father and he better knows what's good for him. Naira also becomes temper and says that since the accident happened he is misbehaving with her and reveals that this family and house is only belongs to him. Kartik says to Naira that he doesn't have time for these nonsence drama. Naira replies that Manish too don't have time for the same.

Naira says to Kartik that she shouldn't stay here as he make her stranger for the family.

 Naira apologises Manish as she can't tolerate or stay there anymore. She leaves the Goenka house.
