Anupamaa 22nd August 2020 Episode Written Update " Paritosh Leaves House Anupamaa is Heartbroken ".

The episode begins in the Shah house. Anupamaa tries to convince Vanraj about her intention to visit Kinjal’s house. But Vanraj shouts at her without letting her explain herself.

 He tells Anupamaa and Paritosh that he’s ashamed of both of them and also makes it clear that he will not apologize to Kinjal’s mother. Paritosh calls his father to be selfish and cries not for caring about his happiness. He tells Vanraj that he will die without Kinjal. He blames Vanraj for not being a good father. Anupamaa gets angry at Paritosh and asks him to shut up.

She tells Paritosh that she will not tolerate anything against her husband and will slap him if he’s going against his father. She tells Paritosh that she will request to Kinjal’s family to mend the broken relationship but not at the stake of her husband’s respect. Vanraj feels low at Paritosh’s behavior towards him. Paritosh blames his parents for his break up with Kinjal.

He blames Vanraj for taking away his happiness from him. Samar tries to console Paritosh but Paritosh didn’t listen to him. Paritosh decides to go out of the house as he cannot stay with his family anymore. Vanraj asks him angrily to get out of the house. Anupamaa tries to stop Vanraj and Paritosh but none of them listen to her. Leela breaks down. Paritosh packs his belongings. Samar tries to make his brother understand not to leave the house.

He cries and tries to stop Paritosh. Paritosh doesn’t listen to him and Samar breaks down into tears. Anupamaa tries to stop Paritosh. She requests Vanraj to stop her son. Samar breaks down emotionally as Paritosh leaves. Vanraj asks Paritosh to take his phone along with him. Paritosh tells his father that his phone is broken just like his relationship with the family.

As Anupamaa struggles to stop Paritosh, Vanraj puts her in a dilemma to choose whether to stay in the house as a wife or leave the house as a mother. Anupamaa fails to stop his son from leaving the house. She breaks down in tears.

Samar comes running but Paritosh has left by then. He takes Paritosh’s phone though Vanraj scolds him. Samar asks his father to scold him later and runs to give back Paritosh his phone which he left at home. Anupamaa keeps sitting at the door and cries for his son. Paritosh tells Samar that he will not go back to the Shah house as his parents have already ruined his marriage. He tells Samar that he will apologize to Kinjal’s parents and try to mend his broken relationship with Kinjal as he loves Kinjal very much and cannot live without her.

Samar gives Paritosh his phone and requests him to keep in touch with the family. He tries to make Paritosh understand that his parents love him and their love is real. Paritosh doesn’t listen to Samar and tells him that he will come back to Shah's house only if he is married to Kinjal. Samar asks Paritosh to go if he wants to but think once again what he’s leaving behind.

 He asks Paritosh if he can stay without his family. Leela’s brother consoles Leela. Leela blames Anupamaa for creating a mess in the house. Leela’s brother tells Leela that Anupamaa is equally broken as Paritosh as she is a mother. He asks Leela to calm down thinking at least about Vanraj if not Anupamaa. Vanraj and Anupamaa are in pain in losing their son. Vanraj consoles Anupamaa. He takes her inside the home. Nandini comes to her rented house.

She notices Samar in the street and remembers how Rakhi has insulted Anupamaa. She wishes for the happiness of the Anupamaa and Shah family. Samar comes back to the house. Vanraj and Anupamaa expect Paritosh’s coming back to the house but lose hope after seeing Samar entering the house. Anupamaa asks where Paritosh has gone. Samar tells her that he will inform her once Paritosh calls him.

 Meanwhile, Pakhi returns from school. She is nervous seeing Anupamaa and Vanraj in distress. Samar takes Pakhi to her room. Paritosh rememberers his family while walking down the street. Both Anupamaa and Vanraj get emotional thinking about Paritosh’s absence in the house.   Both of them worry about Paritosh.

Vanraj tells Anupamaa that Paritosh was his pride and gets emotional. The police come to Shah's house and give them a wallet and handkerchief which they collected from an accident. Recognizing the belongings to be Paritosh’s, the family breaks down.
