Anupamaa 15th August 2020 Episode Written Update " Anupamma Prepares for Janmashtami Vanraj Comes with Kavya ".

The episode begins in the Shah house where the family gather in the temple to pray and celebrate Janmashtami. Anupamaa sings a prayer song.

 She prays for the well being of her family. Paritosh feels hungry as all the family is on fast. Mama ji tells him that Anupamaa and Leela are on a fast without water intake. Leela looks for Vanraj. Vanraj gets ready for the office and informs Anupamaa that he will be back soon. He asks Anupamaa if he has called Kavya to insist her to join the celebration. Anupamaa apologises to Vanraj for forgetting. She assures him that she will invite Kavya by herself.

Anupamaa 15th August 2020 Episode Written Update 

 Vanraj wants Kavya to join the celebration at any cost. Anupamaa calls Kavya to invite her to Shah house for Janmashtami. Kavya tells her that she won’t be able to come due to some urgent work though Leela and Nandini both insisted on her to come. Anupamaa insists her to celebrate her happiness with them. Kavya decides to join the Shahs for the celebration upon Anupamaa’s insistence. Kavya finds Vanraj behind her.

She tells him that she will celebrate Janmashtami in the Shah house as Anupamaa insisted on her very much. Vanraj doesn’t react much. Kavya is taken aback by Vanraj’s behaviour. She asks her if everything is fine with him as he didn’t ask her about Anirudh. Vanraj tells her that he doesn’t want to fight with her and wants to celebrate Janmashtami together.

Anupamaa dresses traditional for the festival. Samar helps his mother to handle the saree. Anupamaa is excited seeing Samar in a traditional outfit. Samar teases his mother for being Radha and Vanraj to be Krishna. Anupamaa wants Samar to dress like Kanha ji. Everyone insists Samar and holds him back to dress as Kanha ji. They decorate Samar and makes him look like Kanha ji. Samar asks everyone to treat him like Kanha ji.

 Paritosh massages Samar’s feet and Pakhi brings fruit for Samar. Samar notices Kinjal entering the house. Leela doesn’t like Kinjal’s outfit as it was too simple for the occasion. She taunts Kinjal for not dressing well for the occasion. She insults Kinjal’s mother for not teaching her how to dress for a festival. Anupamaa saves Kinjal from Leela’s taunts.

She tells Leela that she had asked Kinjal to wear a simple dress as she wanted to make Kinjal ready for the occasion. Paritosh is also upset with Leela for scolding Kinjal. Leela asks Kinjal about her parents who didn’t arrive for the occasion.




 She then taunts Kinjal’s parents again. Kinjal tells her that her parents will come as soon as they finish their work. Leela gets irritated at Kinjal’s reply.

Anupamaa tells Leela that Vanraj has to go to office also to finish her work and again rescues Kinjal from Leela’s taunts. Kinjal calls Samar to be cute and gives him sweets. Anupamaa asks God for forgiveness as she has to lie to Leela to save Kinjal from being insulted. Anupamaa then takes Kinjal with her. Samar appreciates Anupamaa-Kinjal’s partnership.

He then prays to God so that Nandini doesn’t join them for the celebration. Vanraj drops Kavya at her house. He behaves in an awkward way which Kavya could understand. Kavya asks him which colour she should wear for the occasion. Vanraj replies shortly and asks her to wear pink as Leela gets disappointed if someone doesn’t dress up well for the occasion.

He asks her not to be late. Kavya finds Vanraj’s behaviour to be odd. Vanraj leaves without saying bye to her. Anupamaa shows Kinjal the saree she will be wearing. Kinjal apologises her for embarrassing her by not wearing the festive dress.





 She thanks Anupamaa for handling the situation. Anupamaa tells her that society expects a girl to know everything when she becomes a daughter in-law, which is wrong. She tells Kinjal that she wants to be her friend too as she was alone when she got married to Vanraj.

She prepares Kinjal in a traditional way like a Gujarati lady.

 Kavya is shocked to see Vanraj and Anupamaa together holding hand to perform the ritual. Leela calls both of them to be Radha-Krishna.
