The episode starts with Naira as she thanks to God as his son's surgery will be happening there through Kartik.

 Kartik also says to God that he never thought about it, today is a very strange day and asks what correct will he do, what he needs he is unable to give him that, why he feels connected to the child, he went Goa for him and then a strange feeling that Naira is around him.

Why this all is happening to him. Naira says as Kartik has moved on, she also decides to move on for his child. Kartik says he took a step forward for the happiness of his family and asks God to give him the courage so he never steps back. Kartik asks God to give him the courage to fulfill the promise.

 Naira says that today is a big day, she will never forget it and there Kartik says from today everything will be changed. The nurse asks Kairav to change his clothes then he asks why. Naira says as we are in the hospital so you have to wore hospital 's clothes then Kairav asks her that but they are going to Mumbai. Naira says to him that they aren't going to Mumbai as your angel uncle sent the doctor here. Kairav asks that the doctor can't remove the germs in his own clothes .

Naira replies they can but what if germs stuck in his favorite means and t-shirt.

 Kairav asks the nurse to give him the clothes. Vansh asks Naksh about the turmeric that will they do with it and he also wants to put it then Bhaabimaa makes fun of him. Suwarna always supported him as she knows everything thing about Somya as Vedika knows about Naira.

The nurse says that the nurse hasn't arrived Kairav continues to rote Papa then Naira calls Dr.Pallavi but the call doesn't connect.
