The episode begins in the hospital where Naira says sorry to Dr. Pallavi and says that she is a bad mother then Dr replies it ok, she understands.

Naira says that it's her mistake she didn't take care proper of him then Dr consoles her and says no it's not your fault, sometimes things are not in our hands and they will try their best in Kairav's treatment as soon as possible. 






Naira asks Dr whether he will be fine or not then she replies there are 50-50 chances in such types of cases then Naira becomes unconscious and fell down on the floor.

There while drinking water, water stuck in Kartik's throat then Suwarna came and asks him if he is fine or not, firstly food stuck and now water, what's the problem then he replies that he is feeling so strange, one side Kairav came there and on the other side....then Suwarna completes his sentence saying engagement and guests, she can understand but he has to make understand himself also.

There in the hospital nurse asks Naira whether she is awaking and gave her glucose and asks her to drink and says some energy will come. Lying on the bed Naira remembers the time when Kairav was born and she decided to name him Kairav as decided by Naira and Kartik and says from now his mother, will only live for him. Naira comes to her senses and realizes that from when she was unconscious and where is Kairav.

Vedika notices that the engagement ring is not present in Kartik's finger and feels bad. Suhasini asks everyone to wake up early tomorrow as they have to go somewhere then Manish and Naksh say suddenly then she replies its important. Kartik says to himself that everything is alright then his tension in not reducing, what's the reason behind this. Naira dresses like a jocker and comes to Aman's room with Kairav and children, to do make him happy.

Everyone enjoys this and then the nurse came there and asks them to be silent and take on if the child then Naira taught every child how to remove their fear. Everyone becomes happy then she sees Kairav who seems to be weak and tired then Dr.Pallavi arrives there, take her to another room and says that we can not waste time as we have to do his surgery as soon as possible and they are going to start all the processor from today.

Naira says to Dr that they live in Goa so can they go there and surgery there but Dr.Pallavi replies that being Kairav's doctor she will not give them the permission to leave as in such condition it will be so risky for him to travel.Dr.Pallavi says to Naira that she had spoken with Dr.Kimal and if she wants she can also talk to her but she thought that she will also give the same advice to her and asks her that she is going to instruct her team until then she can compete the formalities.

Dr.Pallavi further says that there is a big surgeon if he treats Kairav that he will be so lucky and further she says that he always remains busy so it's difficult but she has sent Kairav's report to him maybe he may convince seeing his age and condition.
