The episode starts with Kartik Naira, they hold each other 's hand as the doctors start the operation.

Suhasini prays to God then she imagines that Kairav comes to her and she asks him that she will take him with her then Manish comes there. Suhasini says that she is daydreaming in such a condition. Suwarna says to Suhasini once the Kairav's operation goes well then her all the dreams will come true. Kairav's heartbeat starts dropping down then Kartik Naira becomes more worried.

Manish says to Suwarna that he is outside but Kartik is in, what is passing on him, Suwarna replies that you should think about Naira also as she has the bond with Kairav which no one has and prays to God that they both support each other. Naira says to Kartik that see what's happening to their child then Kartik replies nothing Is going to happen as his child is strong and he will fight against all this.

Naira says yes he will fight, he can do anything as he wants to reach to you, he reached with the help of an angel and now the angel will again help him. Dr. Mehta asks the team to ready the injection then Naira says why they are giving this injection now. Kartik asks her about the injection then she replies that Dr. Pallavi suggested to her that it's a life-saving drug which can be helpful in such conditions. Kartik becomes silent.

Naira prays to God. As the doctor is filling the drug into the injection, the drug's bottle slips from her hand and fall on the floor, it breaks. Another doctor asks Kartik Naira that they need the injection right now than they both leaves. They both come out of the OT then Manish and Suwarna ask them what happen, Kartik replies that injection has broken and they have to bring another. Goenkas becomes more worried and they both leaves in a hurry from there.

Naksh says, that injection is for the emergency and says he will try to arrange another injection. Suhasini prays to God to make Kairav healthy. Manish blames Naira for all this and says how careless she is, she has no arrangements and brings the child for the operation then Suwarna stops him.

Dr. Mehta says that they can't give up they have to try till the last moment and he will try his best but injection is must then another doctor replies that the chances of getting injection are almost nilled then Dr. Mehta asks her to inform Dr. Anand. Kartik Naira goes hospital to hospital in search of the injection then one of the doctors suggests Naira her that it might be present in a chemist shop in Shashtri Nagar.

Kartik goes to a doctor she says that she let me find now and asks him not to worry. Manish and Suwarna go into the OT, seeing that Kairav's condition becoming more critical, Manish says that he can't see this. Kartik receives a message from Suwarna that Kairav's condition is worse and asks him to come fast.

 Dr. Pallavi calls Naira and asks whether she found the injection. Kartik goes to another hospital there he asks her the injection but the receptionist says that he is late the sees Naira begging on her knees to those parents who have the injection. They refuse then Kartik also begs on his knees then they give them the injection and says that they will get the operation done later. Dr. Mehta says Kairav has 5-6 minutes only.

Dr. Pallavi asks the Goenkas if they find the injection as Kairav has only 5 minutes. Kartik drives the car fast and their tire gets puncture then asks each other if they are fine. They try to go but as the area is muddy it's become difficult for them. Kairav's condition becomes more critical. Naira's feet slips and the injection drops from her hand but Kartik catches it. Dr. Mehta says if injection hasn't come then they can't do anything as every second is precious.

Naira takes a short cut to reach there fast. As Kairav's health drops Dr. Mehta says he is helpless without the injection.
