Kasauti Zindagi Kay 16th August 2019 Episode Written Update " Prerna Misunderstood Bajaj Anurag Calls Prerna ".

The episode begins in the Basu house. Bajaj requests Prerna to make Veena understand to sort out the distance between them.

 He asks Prerna to invite the Basus for Cookie’s birthday if she wants. Prerna understands that Bajaj feels for his mother very much. Anurag reaches to London. In his hotel room, while eating he remembers how Prerna made him eat with her own hand in the jail. He calls Prerna. Prerna, who was arranging lists for Cookie’s birthday, gets surprised to hear Anurag’s voice. She disconnects the call as Anurag tells her that he can separate Bajaj and her.

Anurag wants Prerna to take a step to break their marriage. Prerna doesn’t want to encourage Anurag by talking to him. She wants Anurag to move on. Anurag wants to move on but with Prerna. Veena is a charge of the decoration of the Basu house.

Mohini finds Veena decorating the house and asks Veena what she’s doing there. She taunts Veena and tells her that it’s Bajaj’s smartness to let her work for his occasion. Veena misunderstands the occasion to be of the Basus unknowing of the fact that Bajaj and Prerna reside in the same house and it’s Cookie’s birthday. She finds Prerna in the house. Mohini leaves the hall. Veena asks Prerna what she’s doing in the Basu house.

She gets angry at her for taking revenge towards the Basus. Prerna realizes that Veena is in charge of the decoration of the house. She understands that Bajaj has called Veena purposefully to insult her. She tries to help Veena but the latter asks Prerna to let her do her own work. Tanvi gets to know that Veena is Bajaj’s mother-in-law and thinks that Bajaj has called her to insult her.


 Prerna requests Veena to talk to her. Veena asks her to do her work as her family needs money. Bajaj comes home. Tanvi waits to see the drama. Prerna misunderstands Bajaj assuming his intentions to be wrong. Mr. Viyaj asks for cash from Mr. Bajaj. Bajaj asks Veena if she can do a favor by giving the cash to Mr. Viyaj.

Veena recalls how Mohini insulted her when Prerna married to Bajaj. Prerna assumes that Bajaj is trying to insult her mother by giving her money. Tanvi too thinks the same as Prerna. Prerna asks Bajaj why she called her mother purposefully to insult her. Bajaj asks her to say things directly. Tanvi goes to discuss the matter with Sarada. Prerna asks Bajaj not to play with her mother’s self-respect. Sarada comes and stands in front of the room to hear the heated argument between Bajaj and Prerna.

 Bajaj tells Prerna that he isn’t forcing Veena to accept him as her son-in-law. Bajaj leaves the house as he has important work. Sarada finds it odd to know that Veena doesn’t like Bajaj. Tanvi understands that there’s a tension between Bajaj and Prerna for Veena’s attitude. Sarada wants Rishabh to marry Tanvi and so she plans to bring Veena in the frame to break Prerna and Rishabh’s relationship. Veena completes her work and is happy to see the decoration.

Nivi sees Veena and starts taunting her for accepting not only Prerna and Bajaj’s marriage but Cookie too. She insults Veena for lying to them as she has told them that she would never accept Prerna and Bajaj. Veena is shocked to hear that Bajaj has a daughter. Prerna shows Cookie her birthday dress. She takes Cookie to freshen up. Tanvi comes to see Cookie but doesn’t find her in the room. She wonders how quickly Prerna has made a place in Cookie’s heart. Tanvi asks Cookie to get ready first and leaves the room. Sarada looks for Cookie. Cookie comes down in the hall along with Prerna. Bajaj is glad to see Cookie. Sarada tells Tanvi that Bajaj has no feelings for Prerna.

Cookie hugs her father. Veena notices Prerna with Cookie.
