The weather turns worse and Naira rushes to shut the
windows. The loud thunder reminds her of Kartik.
She recalls the moment she was with Kartik and got scared by
the loud thunder. She told him that she is not afraid of the loud noise, but
the lightning with the rain makes her feel like something bad is going to
happen. Kartik suggested her to look into his eyes whenever she feels afraid.
Naira asked what if he will not be with her? He asked Naira
to think about himself and look into his eyes in her thoughts. The next
lightning brings Naira back to reality. She picks up and lights a torch and
gets surprised as Kartik appears in the torchlight. Meanwhile, at Goenka house,
Suwarna appreciates Vedika for understanding relations and timing and trying to
change Suhasini's opinion.
Vedika tells her that she did what she felt right. She tells
Suwarna that after watching Kartik's love for Naira, she just wishes Naira to
be alive and Kartik to meet her soon. Elsewhere, Naira is surprised to see
Kartik. However, Kartik can't see her face in the dark room. He introduces
himself to Kairav's mother and seeks her help. He tells her that he was on the
way to the airport and his car broke down. His phone has network issues, so he
asks her if she has a landline.
Naira replies only with a "Hmm" and flashes a light
on the phone lying on the table. She brings back the light to Kartik's face as
she wants to keep her eyes on him.
Elsewhere, Akhilesh is baffled after watching Naira on the
road. He wants to get more information about her, but he can't discuss the
matter with Kartik because Kartik has recovered after a long time and he
doesn't want to give him more stress.
Kartik uses a landline to call Akhilesh. He informs him that
his car broke on the way, so he can't take the flight. He asks Akhilesh to book
the next flight for him. Naira wants to rush into his arms, but she has to
control herself. Kartik feels her presence but then tries to convince himself
that she can't be there. Naira can't control her tears. Kartik thanks Kairav's
mother for the help and apologizes for talking and meeting Kairav without her
permission.
She again replies with a "Hmm". He thinks that she
might be frightened because an unknown man came to her house in such a late
night. He turns to leave, but Kairav wakes up. Kartik stops and embraces
Kairav. Kairav falls asleep in his lap.
Kartik lays him on
the couch and leaves after promising that he will not come back. Naira falls on
her knees and starts crying. She wanted to stop him, but couldn't. She looks at
Kartik's hanky on the floor. She thinks that they are not destined to meet,
otherwise, they couldn't be so away even after being so close. At Goenka house,
Suhasini is getting concerned about Kartik. She wants him to get married and
live a happy life, but can't convince him.
The next morning, Kartik reaches home. Vansh is filled with
joy to see him. He asks Kartik to promise to spend the whole day with him.
Manish and other members come to him. Manish asks about his journey and gets
surprised when Kartik replies that it was not even that bad, even after the
loss at the exhibition. He doesn't tell anyone that Akhilesh is not in Delhi,
but in Goa, as he thinks that Akhilesh went there to get a surprise for
Surekha.
He asks them about
Suhasini. A servant tells them that Suhasini is in the guest room since the
last night. Kartik goes to meet her. Vedika worries if Suhasini is upset
because of her words. Naira plans a picnic for Kairav. Kairav is surprised to
see his mother so cheerful and thinks that she is so happy because she met his
father last day. He asks her if his father will also come with them? Naira
tells him that he will if he gets free from the office.
Naira explains to Kairav that they have the habit of leaving
without his father, so they can go without him and enjoy as he can't be with
them always. They get ready for the picnic. Kartik goes to Suhasini's room but
gets shocked to see her lying unconscious on the floor. He tries to wake her
up. Suhasini murmurs some words to Kartik about him and his marriage.
The whole family reaches there and gets baffled to see
Suhasini in such condition. Kartik sprinkles water over her to keep her awake,
but Suhasini closes her eyes and falls unconscious.
