Goenkas suspect Mihir to be involved in the jewellery theft. Naira tries to console a frustrated Kartik. But, Naira reminds him of his suspicion against Mihir Kapoor.

Naira receives a call from Mihir, but she doesn't answer the call to stay near Kartik. Kartik asks her to go to work at whatever was to happen with them has happened. If the police find the jewellery, they will be fine otherwise, Goenkas will shut down. Naira tells him that this time she doesn't care about anyone other than him. He asks her to go for her work as she is the brand face and congratulates her as Mihir's company is now designing jewellery for Jadejas too.

 He expresses her suspicion against the jewellery readily available near Mihir for the Jadejas. Naira tries to clear this doubts, but he doesn't want to listen to anything and asks Naira to leave. Naira thinks that she must talk to Mihir to clear the misunderstanding. She talks to Mihir and asks him if he is designing jewellery for the Jadejas. Mihir tells her that he is not interested to answer this personal questions because they share just a professional relationship, but still, he tells her that Karan Singh Jadeja called him and requested him to design jewellery, but he refused.

Naira listens Goenkas blaming Mihir for the theft and tells them about what Mihir just told him. But, they say that Mihir lied to her because he has to take more work from her. Naira tries to explain to them that they might be ignoring something related to the real culprit by suspecting Mihir alone. 




Kartik asks Naira to ask him again. Naira calls him again and this time Mihir tells her that Karan Singh Jadeja visited his office with his family and Sindhias and requested him to design jewellery for them to at least gift it to their daughter-in-law. He couldn't refuse the offer from such a big client. Does Kartik ask if her opinion about her boss changed or not?

Naira replies no because Mihir had a fair reason to accept the offer. She knows his work and reputation are very dear to him and he would never let his reputation get ruined. Kartik is shocked to see Naira fighting with him for Mihir's sake. Naira is disappointed as Kartik isn't trusting her.

They need to discuss the matter calmly, but can't get the time. Manish gets another bad news. He received a call from Karan's lawyer who said that they will lodge a complaint against Kartik if they will not get the jewellery until the next morning.

Later, Manish requests Naira to get a solution for the problem over Kartik. Kartik's life and Goenkas' whole business and reputation are at stake. Naira determines that she would not let anything happen to Kartik. With a plan in her mind, she leaves from the house. On the other hand, Kartik questions Vikas, the driver of the van. He warns him to tell him if he knows anything, otherwise if he'll get to know anything from anyone else he will not leave him.

He instructs the manager, the factory head and all his team to give him the report of every single detail. He instructs them to go through CCTV footages again and again and bring each and every suspect to him. He talks a detective Arun regarding the case and gives him details of all the workers and staff. He also asks Arun to bring information about Mihir to him. Later, he gets information about Mihir being spotted at the Chor Bazaar.

This information adds fuel to fire and raises Kartik's suspicions against Mihir. He can't understand why Naira trusts Mihir so much that she can't listen to anything against him. He decides that he won't let her work with that cheap man anymore. At the flea market, Mihir searches for Uday. He meets Uday's helper and gets the jewellery of Goenkas from him. 





He is about to leave the market, but he gets shocked to confront Kartik. Kartik snatches the bag from Mihir and finds their jewellery inside the bag.
