Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Episode 10th May 2019 Written Update "Kartik gets Insecure From Naira's Success." 

Naira is filled with joy after the successful meeting. All her designs have been approved and she has also got a one day leave as Mihir is going Delhi for some work, so she can work from home and spend time with Kartik. She tells Kartik that she wants to celebrate with him. But, he seems to be lost in his own thoughts.

Kartik tells Naira that she should go home and he will join her later. The way he talks, Naira feels that he really has much pressure of work. She asks Kartik to not put his own marriage at stake because of the royal wedding. At the office, Kartik asks his designer to add some modern touch to the outdated designs. Naira arrives home and decides to bake Kartik's favourite cheesecake for him. Suhasini feels happy to see her daughter-in-laws fulfilling their responsibilities.

 Naira apologises to Suhasini if she felt hurt because of her and assures her that she will handle the work at home and office properly. Suhasini suggests she give more time to family and her relation. Suwarna appreciates Naira for the way she handles work at the office, home and festivals. She suggests her to give equal time to her relationship and be best friends with Kartik. She suggests the same to Gayatri. Manish calls her to ask her about the glasses that he has put on his head and forgot.

Suwarna gives his the glasses and asks him why he keeps calling her every few minutes. Manish tells her that because when he faced death, he realised that there are many things that he hasn't done. He wants to give more time to his family than office and work.

Suwarna tells him that she told the same to Naira and Gayatri to spend more time with their husbands and be friends with them. Manish asks her that Naira and Kartik already have a good understanding. Suwarna tells him about Suhasini's fear that Naira's career can ruin their relationship. Manish says that he will talk to Suhasini about that. Naira decides to visit Kartik at his office.

At Singhania House, Krish soils his bed while Kirti is working. Kirti requests Lacchi to bring Krish's clothes from the cupboard. Devyani stops Lacchi and says that she will bring it herself. Kirti remembers that Devyani asked her to beware of Kirti and keep Lacchi away from cupboard and wardrobe. She goes to bring the clothes herself. Devyani asks Lacchi to cut the apples.

 Bhabhimaa notices Devyani's behaviour towards Lacchi and tells her that she shouldn't doubt her. But, Devyani can't trust her because she can't forget when her own son embarrassed her in front of the whole family. She doesn't want to face similar situation. Naira visits Kartik's office but he's too busy with work. Naira feels a little change in Kartik's behaviour.

Kartik keeps working and didn't even notice the cake she baked for him. She asks Kartik why is he talking to her this way? Kartik tells her that he feels guilty that the clients mocked her because of his suggestion. Naira clarifies to him that her suggestion matters to him a lot. He just suggested, she herself decided to add the traditional touch and she is responsible for the results. He tells Kartik that she learnt this by him or because of him and his experience and suggestions matters to her a lot. Later, Kartik surprises Naira and they spend some romantic time together.

The next morning, Naira plans for a mango eating competition with the family. The whole family joins the competition and enjoys a lot. Everyone gets eliminated one by one. 






Kartik and Naira are left in the ending. They provide a tough competition to each other. Kartik can't realise when he loses himself while watching Naira eating the mangoes and loses the competition. He feels ignored when the family praises Naira. This reminds him of Mihir and Sindhias' comments for his jewellery. He feels that everyone considers Naira superior to him.

 He tries to convince himself that he didn't give any wrong suggestion to Naira. He suggested her according to his experience and market feedback. He can never suggest anything wrong to Naira. Kartik tries hard to prevent himself from being affected by anybody's opinion.
