The episode starts with Prerna looking for what to wear in
the evening party. Anurag comes to the room and asks her about his clothes that
were in the cupboard.
Prerna shows him the suitcase lying on the cupboard. She
gets a stool, stands over it and tries to pull the suitcase. As she slips,
Anurag holds her waist to save her from falling. He supports her from there and
Prerna tries to get the suitcase. Meanwhile, Mohini dresses Molaye and puts on the
mask on his face for the mask party. Molaye winks at her.

She requests him to
get well soon so that he can comment on her makeup and crack stupid jokes at
which she is not going to laugh at all. While passing by Nivedita's room she
sees Nivedita and Anupam having a pillow fight and realizes that Nivedita is
totally under Anupam's influence who has nothing to offer her except for the
sweet lies.
Prerna gets the
suitcase down, but as a cockroach comes near her she drops the suitcase on
Anurag's foot. Mohini hears some sound from the room and goes to check. Prerna
notices the cockroach on her saree and gets panicked. In an attempt to calm her
down, Anurag and Prerna fall on the bed together. Mohini sees them in the bed,
gets upset and leaves.
Prerna and Anurag realize that she misunderstood everything.
Prerna gives the bag to Anurag and sends her out of the room.
Basus get ready for the party. Anurag is left open-mouthed
to see Prerna looking so beautiful. Mohini doesn't like the way Anurag stares
at her. Tapur aware Anurag that the way he is staring at Prerna, all are
staring at him. Prerna tells Tapur that the gift she wanted for her in-laws is
ready and lying in her room. Tapur thanks Prerna.
Mohini asks Tapur why didn't she tell her if she needed
something. Tapur tells her that she didn't buy anything, but she wanted to make
something and Prerna offered to help her. Mr. Das comes with two men for a
meeting with Anurag. Anurag goes to his room for the meeting and calls Prerna
there with an excuse of water.

Mr. Das introduces Anurag to the two detectives, Sourav
Banerjee, and Vivek Bohra. The detectives tell him about their previous search
that Mr. Bajaj tries to buy his rival companies and if he fails to do so, he
destroys that company. They show a picture of Bajaj to Anurag and tells him
that he never visited India. But, the picture is too blur. They can't even see
the man who is bent on ruining them. He seems like evil in the darkness.
Mohini comes there to call Anurag as Sahil's parents are
about to arrive and they need to welcome them together. He asks the detectives
to spy on Bajaj and get the picture cleared.
Meanwhile, Komolika is being transferred to another secure
jail. She manages to get pistol of a constable. She threatens the police with
the pistol, asks them to get out of the Jeep and open her handcuffs. When the
police don't move, she shoots a constable's arm and the inspector has to agree
to follow her and remove her handcuffs.
She manages to escape with the Jeep. On the way, she realizes
that she must abandon the jeep as the police might be searching for it. Basus
surprise Sahil's parents. Sahil's father thanks Molaye and the entire family.
They are touched by Tapur's efforts for them.
Prerna comes to give the mask to Anurag. Anurag holds her hand with the
mask. Anupam gives a gesture to Nivedita. Nivedita pushes Prerna and Prerna
falls in Anurag's arms. Prerna asks Anurag to leave her as all the guests are
staring at them. Anurag refuses to leave. The guests see them together and
appreciate the couple.
Komolika also manages to get into the party and gets enraged
to see Prerna and Anurag together. She wears a mask to hide her face. Anurag
leaves Prerna and challenges her to dance with him and prove herself to be a
better dancer. Prerna accepts the challenge.
Precap For Kasautii Zindagii Kay 28th May 2019 Written Update:
An enraged Komolika attacks Prerna and pushes her from the terrace. Anurag saves her. In an attempt to kill both of them together, Komolika herself slips from the grill. Anurag tries to save her, but her hand slips from his hand.
