After learning the shocking truth of Molaye's accident, Prerna requests the doctor to let her meet him. Doctor agrees.

Anurag is on the way to the hospital, but he is afraid how will his father react to see Prerna as his wife. He thinks that Molaye liked Prerna but he won't like her as his daughter-in-law because as Komolika told him he wanted Komolika to marry him. He is worried that this shock can effect Molaye's condition.

Komolika regrets her mistake that she put her whole attention to make Anurag fall for her and she forgot that Molaye is not dead but he's just in a coma. Prerna meets Molaye. Komolika overhears their conversation by standing out of their room. Prerna bursts into tears to see him. Molaye wipes her tears and asks her about everyone. To see Prerna dressed as a married woman, Molaye understands that she is married. He thinks that Rajesh fulfilled his wish by marrying Prerna to Anurag.

He tells Prerna that he wanted her to marry Anurag since they were kids but Rajesh kept ignoring him. Further, he tells her that how Komolika added something to Mohini's halwa and blamed her for that, but he discovered the reality through CCTV footage. And when they went to scold her, she replied that she did so to marry Anurag. Prerna gets shocked to learn that Komolika lied about Molaye's wish for Anurag to marry her.  She tells Molaye that Komolika lied to everyone that he wanted Anurag to marry her and then she married him.

 She married Anurag before her at the temple, but everyone considers Komolika as their actual daughter-in-law. Molaye notices Komolika at the door. He rushes out in anger to talk to her. He asks Prerna to call his family so that he can reveal the truth to them. Komolika gets angry and blames Prerna for all this. She tries to strangle her and blurts out the truth in anger, that she is responsible for their accident and Rajesh's murder. Molaye pushes her away and slaps her.

Komolika realizes that she just imagined all this, Prerna is still standing at the door Molaye's room and looking at him through the glass. Komolika takes a sigh of relief that things are still under her control. She sees a doctor entering Molaye's room and gets an idea.

Anurag thinks that he must stop Prerna from meeting Molaye. Anupam tells Anurag that Molaye wanted him to marry Prerna. He told this to Anupama when they used to drink together. Anurag gets confused that if Molaye wanted him to marry Prerna then who did he talk to Komolika's father regarding their alliance. He decides to seek Komolika's help and calls her.

He asks Komolika to stop Prerna from meeting Molaye. But, Komolika lies to him that she's not in the hospital, but at the temple. Anupam can't believe that Komolika went temple. Anurag fastens the car to stop Prerna from meeting Molaye. He doesn't want Molaye to get shocked after learning about her marriage with him.

 Komolika goes to the changing room and disguises herself as a doctor. She says that it is said that the lives of people are in doctors' hand, but death is in devil's hand. And today, she looks like a combination of both of them.

Prerna is waiting for Anurag. She wants him to answer the questions in her mind. Mohini arrives at the hospital with Nivedita and Tapur. Tapur doesn't want Mohini to start fighting with Prerna because she knows that Prerna loves Molaye as much they love him and also that Molaye treats her as his daughter. Prerna tells Mohini that she can't meet Molaye because Anurag has instructed the doctor to not let anyone meet him.

Further, she tells her that Anurag did so because he knows that Molaye's accident was not just an accident, it was planned. Mohini gets shocked and calls Anurag, but he doesn't answer the call. Mohini gets worried that if anyone tried to kill Molaye earlier, he will try to murder him again after learning that he has regained consciousness.

She requests Prerna to leave so that she can focus on important things. Prerna wants to stay but she has to move back. While moving back, Prerna bumps into Komolika, disguised as a doctor. Will she recognize her?
