Today's episode starts with Manohar, who is PK Mittal's spy, in Kavya's College.

 At home, PK Mittal asks Kabir to join the press conference along with Kavya.

 Everything got destroyed because of that viral video, now we need to save the Mayor position in the election. For which Kabir replies that whatever has happened that is the result of what his wrongdoing.

PK Mittal gets furious and says Kabir and Kavya must come to that press conference and say that no pooja was done for the widow. And the video was doctored. Kabir asks him if he wants him to lie, as he cannot do that. PK Mittal gets furious. Dhruv stops him and says he will convince Kabir, He takes Kabir along with him and convinces to speak in the press conference.

PK Mittal gets a call from Manohar where Manohar says he is in Kavya’s college. She is from this place and an orphan. She married a soldier and she has scored highest in college as well. PK Mittal asks him to find some information about Kavya and he should not call him back until he gets any information.

Manohar spots Jhanvi's picture at Kavya's college's board. But her name is written as Pooja Sharma. He recalls the day when Jhanvi had come for the interview at PK Mittal's office where she had introduced herself as Jhanvi Agarwal. And she is from Nainital and has come to Indore for the first time. Manohar realizes that Jhanvi is betraying Mittal family from a long time. Then he asks the peon about her, he asks him to check in the record.

At home, Kabir rehearses his speech for the press conference in front of Kavya. then he says to her, his dad is very regressive. A 100 years old tortoise’s mentality would be more progressive than his dad's mentality. Dad comes first in lying. he says Kavya that she does not need to go to the press conference. But Kavya says she will go to the press conference. No should know about the family dispute as it looks perfect from outside.

Meanwhile, at the college, the college admin guy tells Manohar that all the past records are missing as the college shifted to a new location. he thought of informing PK about Jhanvi. Then he thinks, if he tells this secret to PK, he will not do anything about this and it will not benefit him. It is better if he keeps this secret and when the time comes he will reveal it.

PK stops Jhanvi when she was leaving the house. Jhanvi says she is going to temple and leaves and she goes to amma. Amma has prepared all her favorite food as she does not eat good food in the Mittal family. Jhanvi tells her that after her father's death, she and her sister were not able to manage food for one time also. Then she met amma who provided them food and shelter. Then she gets a call from Dhruv and he asks her to come to the home as the press conference is about to start.

At home, Ishani explains Kavya about the medicines which are given to mother in law. She tells the doctor has increased the dosage and that's why she needs to take 2 tablets. She must make her take medicine even if she gets angry and her next dosage is at 12 o clock.

Chanda chachi gets overdressed for the press conference. Suman stops her from wearing that dress and Kavya stops as well. She

tells even she does not like Kavya's dressing style. And then asks Kavya what she is doing with Kabir's mom medicine. Then Ishani pacifies her saying that Kavya has taken permission from Jhanvi and giving medicine to Kabir's mom. Chachi tells Ishani that she feels Kavya will destroy this family one day.

While Jhanvi driving back home, she gets a call from an unknown person where he tells her that Nainital is very far from Gwalior Ms. Pooja Sharma. Jhanvi is shocked by hearing her real name from an unknown person. Then she realizes she is about to get hit by a truck.
