The family members are nervous about telling the truth to Gayatri. They can't gather the courage to do so. Naira, Kartik return home and ask about Gayatri. Suhasini tells them that she's sleeping.

Suhasini asks them about Rama. They tell her that she regained consciousness but is under observation. Anmol, Samarth, and Akhilesh are with her. Manish suggests them to tell Gayatri the truth about Vivaan. Kartik holds Naira's hand and takes her to Gayatri's room. As they enter the room, Gayatri wakes up suddenly after watching a scary dream.

She asks Naira and Kartik if Vivaan was there. She tells them that she saw a dream in which Vivaan was asking her to be strong, and then he vanished suddenly. She thinks that she saw the dream because she slept at odd hours and as she didn't talk to Vivaan since the morning he wants to remind her of himself.

Gayatri asks Naira for her phone as she needs to talk to Vivaan. Naira bursts into tears and hugs Gayatri. Gayatri gets confused and asks Naira what happened. Kartik, Naira has to tell her the truth.

One week has passed. Naira and Kartik are still sad for what happened with Gayatri. Naira had tried to talk to Rama about Gayatri's baby but she's not ready to listen to anything. Naira and Kartik know the pain of losing a child and they decide that they won't let the same happen to Gayu.

They will not let anything wrong happen to her. Puru Mama listens to them talking and encourages them to be united and solve the problem together. Manish asks Kartik to start working as it has been a week since Ila has started her project and till now she's handling all this alone. Manish reminds Kartik of Puru Mama's favors. But Puru Mama asks Manish to stop pressurizing Kartik. 


He tells him that there's no urgent work yet so Kartik and Naira should be with Gayatri as she needs them now. Kartik, Naira decide to visit Gayatri. Samarth asks them if he should drop them there. But Kartik replies that they will go themselves. As Naira and Kartik leaves, Samarth tells everyone that he wants to discuss something with them. He asks them to consider his request with heart, not with the mind.

At Singhania house, Kartik and Naira request Rama to let Gayatri herself take the decision of her baby. Rama promises to leave the decision over Gayatri but keeps a condition that they will not tell anyone about their conversation.

They agree. Goenkas arrive at Singhania house. Kartik asks them if they wanted to visit they could have told them earlier. Manish tells them that earlier he himself didn't know that they'll come there. He tells them that they came there for Samarth. Manish tells them that Samarth wants to marry Gayatri. Samarth tells Rama that they should know that he's not marrying Gayatri out of pity.

 Actually, he liked her for a long time but that time he knew that Gayatri has someone else in her life. Also, he asks them not to think that he's taking advantage of the situation. He didn't want to propose Gayatri for marriage in such situation but he feared that if he will wait, he might be too late. Gayatri listens to them talking and gets shocked. She rushes to her room.

 Kartik, Naira, and Rama follow her. Rama starts crying and tells them that she can't marry anyone. In fact she can't think about anyone else. Rama tries to pressurize Gayatri to accept the proposal because she is concerned about Gayatri's future. She wants to abort her baby and marry her to Samarth. Kartik asks Rama to stop pressurizing Gayatri. Rama tells him that if Gayatri will abort the baby, she will not pressurize her for marriage.

Kartik asks her to leave the decision over Gayatri and tells her that he will tell Samarth about her pregnancy. Naira notices Samarth at the door. Gayatri and others get shocked to learn that Samarth knows that Gayatri is pregnant. Samarth reminds them that he's not marrying Gayu out of pity. He promises to Rama that he will love Gayatri and her baby as much Vivaan would've loved her. He leaves the decision over Gayatri and agrees to wait.
