 Kartik talks to his unconscious father and requests him to get up. He bursts into tears when boys father doesn't respond to him.

He calls Suwarna and requests her to come back. Kartik asks Naira will his father be alright? He knows his father I a fighter and he doesn't give up easily but still, he is feeling scared. He can't bear to see him in this condition. As he goes to talk to a doctor, Naira receives a call from the office. She tells Akhilesh that she is receiving calls from the office and they must be trying to contact him. Akhilesh replies that because they are not answering the call.

Naira requests Akhilesh to talk to them once but Suhasini interrupts that problem of office can't be bigger than this problem. She doesn't listen to Naira why she wants him to answer the call and sends her home to ensure that the food is ready. Naira has to leave for home.

At Singhania house, Bhabhimaa and Devyani are also worried about the Goenkas and they pray to God to help them in this difficult time. As Naira arrives at home, she has to confront upset investors. The investors demand the money they invested in the project.

They tell her that they invested because Purushottam Ajmera was involved in the project but since he is not a part of the project anymore why should they continue. Naira requests them to calm down once. She tells her that they will not put any of them at loss. They can't return their money immediately because even they have suffered a big loss, and moreover, Manish is suffering a heart attack. She requests them to give some time to them and trust them and their intentions. But her sweet talks are not enough to convince the furious investors.

The investors request her to call someone else because they had the contract with Manish and Kartik Goenka and they need to talk to them. Naira makes a promise to the investors on Manish's behalf that Goenkas will not let any of them suffer any loss or the project be stalled. She tells the investors that they were not ready for this sudden problem but they won't give up without fighting.

The investors agree to give them time till the next day to prepare a foolproof proposal that may have some scope. But Naira is still afraid because tomorrow is too early and also she worries that her such a big decision without any discussion with anyone can hurt anyone.

At the hospital, Manish regains consciousness but starts questioning Kartik about the investors and office. He gets panicked, removes his oxygen mask and slips down. Fortunately, Suwarna comes there to support him. Kartik is relieved to see his mother back but Suwarna can't stop crying after watching Manish in such condition. At Singhania house, Devyani and Bhabhimaa are facing trouble because Krish doesn't stop crying for his mother.

Naira arrives at the hospital and asks Kartik about Manish. Kartik tells her that Suwarna has come back but she can't stop crying, and moreover, he is worried about answering the investors. Naira tells Kartik about what happened when she was home. She is afraid about how will Kartik react to this. Kartik is surprised to learn that Naira has convinced the investors for time till tomorrow. He thanks Naira as he was worried about how will he face the investors.

He feels proud of his wife. Kartik receives a call from the bank. Bank too has learned that investors have given him time till tomorrow, so they also give him time till the next day. Akhilesh comes there and tells them that Suwarna is uncontrollable. They go to handle her. Akhilesh tells Kartik that Kirti talked to the doctor who told them that Suwarna's condition is psychological as she has been in hospital since past few months and she's feeling scared to remember Shubham.

The doctor comes to them and tells them that reports are out. Everyone gets shocked to learn that Manish has 80% blockage in two arteries and 100% in one and they must perform the surgery the next morning. He asks the Goenkas to be prepared as they need to be on their toes because waiting for much time can be dangerous for Manish. Naira is worried that how will they manage to handle the operation and prepare a proposal together.
