Manish is excited to eat special food prepared by Naira, but at the same time, he is feeling a bit tired.

Kartik gets concerned him and asks him if he's alright. Manish tells him that he's fine, just a little tired that's natural in his age. Kartik asks him if he needs a doctor but Manish refuses. Akhilesh brings his medicines and multivitamins. Kartik receives a call from his manager that leaves him shocked.

Manish receives a call from an investor who expresses his doubts about the impact of their relation with Puru Mama on their business. Manish assures him that their project and investment are not related to him and are exactly safe. Akhilesh is afraid if it's the result of Puru's warning. Manish goes to talk to Suwarna and ask her when will she return after Akhilesh tells him that her sister-in-law gas survived cancer.

Suhasini warns Akhilesh that Puru's anger is unpredictable and asks him about his case. Akhilesh tells her that they have filed a strong case against him and he can't be acquitted easily.

Naira notices the astonishment over Kartik's face and asks him the reason. Kartik tells her that the project of showroom and jewelry shop that they were to launch with Ila is over because Purushottam Ajmera has withdrawn his all funds. They have incurred a loss of around 500 crores.

Payment for the jewellery, import duty on the imports are still pending, and moreover, they don't have a showroom for display. Goenkas are surrounded by massive problems.

Naira is worried about how will Manish handle this situation when he is already so hurt. Before they may tell Manish about the loss, he has left for office with Akhilesh. Naira and Kartik rush towards the office to prevent him from knowing the truth from somebody else.

Suhasini and Surekha get worried to see them rushing without giving any reason. Kartik asks Naira to call Akhilesh or Manish to stop them from going office but none of them answers the call. Naira calls the manager and Kartik forbids him from telling anything to Manish. Manish and Akhilesh arrive at the office. Manish gets irked to see all the employees staring at him.

He asks them the reason but the manager forbade them to tell him anything. Kartik and Naira arrive at the office and ask the manager about Manish. The manager tells them that he is in his cabin. They rush to his cabin to inform him about the loss in their way before he comes to know about it from anybody else. But, Manish has already learned the truth. He is traumatized and thinking how will repay the huge loan from the bank and investments of the investors.

He had invested his whole fund and when it was Purushottam's turn to invest, he was jailed. Contractual obligations don't let anyone from the market invest. He blames himself for the mistake. As he tries to get up, he falls down. Kartik and Naira get worried about him and rush him to hospital. While Suhasini is talking to Samarth, Akhilesh keeps calling her. Suhasini answers his call and gets shocked to learn that they are taking Manish to hospital. She scolds Luv, Kush on their question "Will uncle die?" And requests them to pray for him. She rushes towards the hospital with Surekha and informs Kirti too.

At the hospital, the doctor examines Manish and informs Kartik that Manish has suffered a serious heart attack because of stress. Kartik blames himself that he couldn't take care of his father even when he noticed he was unwell since morning.

Akhilesh blames himself that he couldn't give him medicines on time when he was working with Puru. Naira requests them to stop blaming themselves in the situation. Suhasini and others arrive at the hospital and get shocked to learn about Manish's condition. Suhasini blames her brother for the condition of her family. Kartik and Akhilesh are receiving calls from the office, but they don't want to talk to anyone. Naira talks to the manager who informs her about a serious problem.
