Mansi leaves making an excuse of cough. Puru asks them why they got Mansi married so soon when she's so young.

Surekha tells them that they did so just for her happiness and she's happy now. Before Puru and Ila go to their room, he tells Kartik that he has to talk to Naira about a ton of things. While unpacking the bags in their room, Ila asks Puru why Mansi got married so soon and she didn't look happy to her. She suggests Puru to ask her about this as he was close to her.

 Puru has some back pain but still, he agreed for the long journey to India just because of Ila. Naira reminds Kartik that they have to visit the doctor and tells him that Gayatri will also come along them. Naira loves the happiness and excitement over Kartik's face since Puru Mama had arrived. Kartik asks Naira if she's upset because he's not giving her much attention because of Puru Mama. Naira tells him that she knows time can be divided, not love.

Kartik hugs Naira. Puru comes to them with some gifts for Naira and Mansi. He gives Mansi's present to them and asks them to hand over it to her. Kartik is surprised because Mansi is still in her room as he expected her to be around Puru Mama like she used to be when she was young. Luv-Kush refuses to accept the gift brought by Puru Mama.

They like gifts but they don't like the man. Surekha and Akhilesh ask them to spend some time with him but they are not interested at all. Mansi leaves a voice message for Anmol to take her from there. She knows that she herself wanted to come home earlier but now she can't stay there. Kartik and Naira come to Mansi with her gift from Puru but get surprised to see her packing bags. They give the present to Mansi and ask her why is she packing?

 Kartik tells Mansi that Anmol will be with them soon and they will celebrate Gangaur together. Mansi doesn't want to stay there for so long. Luv-Kush comes there to tell Mansi that Anmol had arrived. Kartik, Naira rush to meet Anmol. Kartik tells Anmol that he had ruined his surprise by telling Mansi that he is coming here. Anmol meets the whole family.

 Suhasini asks him to stay till ' Gangaur' and celebrate the festival with them. Anmol meets Puru and others. Puru tells everyone about Ila's dream project over women empowerment. He tells them that he needs someone with similar thinking to help her as she can't handle such a grand project alone. He offers Kartik to work with Ila. He tells Naira that he will take his Kartik away from her for a few days as he's going to be really busy with the project. But, Kartik doesn't consider himself perfect for such a project as he never handled any like this one.

Puru encourages Kartik to try and make it possible. Everyone starts insisting him to join the project. Kartik asks Naira about her wish, and with her consent, he agrees to work on the project. Mansi, standing aside gets more frightened as Kartik joins Ila in her project. Suhasini announces that until the day after tomorrow nobody will talk about business, they'll celebrate Gangaur happily.

At Singhania house, Devyani asks Gayatri if Vivaan will come there for veneration. Gayatri tells her that he'll confirm until evening. Rama gets angry when a lady questions the values and upbringing of Gayatri because of her picture with Vivaan on social media. Gayatri gets nervous and feels sick because of her pregnancy. Naira encourages Kartik for the project because she thinks he's nervous about handling the project.

Kartik tells her that the thing that is bothering him is not the project but that she came home after so long and he wouldn't be able to give her time. He asks Naira why didn't she refuse him to accept the project, she should be like other wives who feel jealous and insecure when their husbands are under work burden. But Naira replies- if you can't see you love making progress in life, it's not true love. They decide that they'll handle all the ups and downs together.

 Mansi gets angry when Anmol asks her to spend time with Puru Mama until he completes his meeting. She tells him she doesn't want to spend time with him and tells Anmol that they'll leave just after the 'Gangaur'. This leads to an argument between Anmol and Mansi. Naira standing at the door, gets confused at Mansi's weird behavior. She notices the present given by Puru to Mansi, lying in the dustbin.
