Kasautii Zindagii Kay 29th April 2019 Written Update " Molaye Gets Conscious Komolika Gets Scared."

At the hospital, the nurse notices some movement in Molaye's hands and rushes to inform the doctor about it.

The doctor examines Molaye and comes to know that he is unconscious but he's showing movement that means that his mind is active but not the body. This can affect his heart. He asks the nurse to put him under 24 hours observation as the next 24 hours are going to be critical for him. At Basu house, Komolika tries to confirm her doubt against Anurag. She tries to kiss him but he runs away with the excuse of work.

She realizes that Anurag did the same whenever she tries to get close to him, even on their honeymoon he hid in the washroom. She thinks that her magic isn't working over him because he loves Prerna. She decides to get Prerna out of their way to make him look at her. Anurag sees Prerna with Vikrant, who has come to Basu house for some business related discussions with her. Anurag feels jealous to see her laughing with him.

Prerna asks Vikrant if she can tell Anurag what they are going to do. Prerna shows Anurag the magazine they are going to launch to compete Anurag's magazine. Anurag tells Prerna that her plan is not going to work because the cover of their magazine is similar to his magazine that he's going to launch on 3rd May. Prerna and Vikrant can't launch their magazine before Anurag anyhow. And if they will launch it after his magazine, people will call them a copycat. Anurag leaves for the meeting. Vikrant doesn't like Anurag but he feels that he is right.

They will be called copycat in the market if they will launch the magazine with a similar design after them. But, Prerna tells Vikram that Anurag is just trying to scare them. She knows him well and she feels that he has no such magazine to launch on 3 May. This time, Prerna is listening to her mind, not her heart.

 They decide to continue with the same design. On the way to the office, Anurag calls the editor of his magazine and asks him to change the cover of their magazine from fashion to any other field. The editor tells him that it's too late and the fashion cover has been appreciated a lot. But still, Anurag orders him to change the cover, remove fashion from the index and use any other field like sports or anything for the magazine. Anupam gets confused because he listened Anurag saying to Prerna that his front cover is similar to theirs, and this might plummet the sales of Prerna's magazine then what is he afraid of?

 Anurag tells him that he is afraid of Prerna getting hurt again. He knows that she is not going to follow his advice. She has taken her first move against him and he wants her to win.

On the other hand, Komolika calls Sanju, her ex-bodyguard to kill Prerna the way he killed Molaye and Rajesh. But, she can't talk to Sanju as his brother tells her that he's underground these days to run away from an accident. Sanju's brother offers Komolika to do her job.

 He asks Komolika to come to his garage with advance for the job and Prerna's photo. Mohini is feeling restless and requests Nivedita to stay home and spend time with her. She asks Nivedita to take her hospital. Prerna comes to her with her breakfast. She has prepared a North style healthy breakfast for her because she knows she is a heart patient. But Mohini refuses to have the breakfast made by her. Just then, Komolika comes with Mohini's favorite Rasgolla and samosa. Prerna argues that such breakfast is not good for Mohini's health.

Komolika reminds her when Mohini was about to suffer a heart attack because she added something to Halwa. Mohini can't bear their argument and asks them to shut up. She receives a call from Molaye's doctor and gets overwhelmed to receive good news. The doctor informs her that Molaye has regained consciousness.

While the Basus burst out with laughter, Komolika is baffled to get the news but she has to act as being happy for them. Mohini is excited to tell Molaye that Komolika is their daughter-in-law but she is afraid that Molaye will tell the truth to everyone.

 Komolika overhears doctor telling Prerna that Anurag has instructed them to not let anyone meet Molaye because he suspects that Molaye's accident was not a normal one, someone orchestrated it.
