Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Episode 4th February 2019 Written Update " Kartik Keeps Name Krish Naira Confused ".

A doctor from new city hospital arrives for the baby's vaccination view. Meanwhile, the nurse is trying to get the baby's file from Naira's bag.

 Naira calls Kartik and introduces him to the doctor. She asks Kartik to stay there until she brings the baby and the file. Kartik takes an excuse from the doctor and goes to check the situation.

Naira gets confused to find her bag missing from the table.

 She starts looking for the bag. Kartik comes to her. Naira asks Kartik if he saw her bag. Kartik remains silent while Naira is searching for the missing baby.

Finally, Naira finds her bag but on another table. Kartik realizes that Leela has got the file from the bag. Naira checks the bag for the baby's file but she finds the door blank. Actually, Leela took the reports out.

 Naira thinks that she would've forgotten the papers at home. Naira tells the doctor that she forgot papers at home. She asks the doctor to inject a baby without them and he may do the entry later. Doctor refuses to vaccine the baby without papers.

They have to postpone the vaccination. Naira feels guilty for being irresponsible. But Kartik has the actual guilt for hiding the truth.

The priest calls Kaira and the baby to take their seat for the Pooja. Naira asks him to stop a minute as a person is missing. She asks Naksh to place one speaker in Kirti's room as her participation in the Pooja matters to her.

She still wishes for a miracle by her efforts that may recover Kirti soon. The family appreciates Naira's advice and hopes for Kirti to get up. Naksh asks them to begin the Pooja until he keeps one speaker in Kirti's room.

Naksh takes a speaker to Kirti's room. He goes to Kirti and tells her that it's her nephew's naming ceremony today and all wish her to be a part of the ceremony, especially Naira.

He tells her that Naira sent him to set the speaker there and shares Kaira's joy to get such a cute baby with her. Further, he tells Kirti that their baby too was very cute, just like her. Naksh thinks if their baby would be alive, could he handle her alone and look after Kirti together.

Naksh feels that he didn't have that ability that's why God took her away. He connects the speaker and asks Kirti to enjoy the function from there.

Naksh puts on his handsfree to keep himself connected to Kirti and so that he can keep chatting with her. Before leaving, he requests Kirti to fulfill the expectations of her family and wake up.

The Pooja begins. Kartik, Naira complete the customs of the hawan. Now, it comes time for the Aarti. They do it together. But, Kartik's whole focus remains over Naksh heartily praying for their baby. Each time his eyes move to Naksh, the guilt rises in his heart.

Unconscious Kirti is also listening to the prayers in her room. Will the prayers show their magic over Kirti? Next, the priest asks the family members to come on by one and put a coin in the handmade little well to pray for the baby's long life.

Manish comes first to make his prayer for the baby. Later, all the family members pray for the baby's bright future and long life. 

Kartik reminds his promise to Kirti when Naira wishes the baby to stay with her always. Kirti is listening all the prayers.

The family members suggest various names for the baby and sing for him. KaiRa listens to the suggestion of each member and finally, Naira gets a perfect name for the baby. She whispers the name in Kartik's ears.

 The family members ask her to write the name on the tray and tell them. Naira is about to write the name but the baby starts crying. She has to go near the baby, so she asks Kartik to write the name. Finally, Kartik names the baby as 'Krish', joined by Kirti and Naksh.

As Kartik announces the name of the baby 'Krish' Kirti shows some movement. While all the family members appreciate the name, Naira gets confused as Kartik didn't write the name she asked him to do.
