Update " Naira At Singhania House Forgotten Everything "
A nurse brings Naira out of the room on a wheelchair. Her eyes reflect the mess in her
mind as she sees the curious faces of some people waiting for her.
The people, her family members seem strangers to her. The unrecognizable expressions on Naira's face disappoint everyone. Naira's wheelchair passes by. The doctor tells the family members that they need to conduct some more tests.

He asks them to be
patient as their impatience can impact Naira's health. He asks the family to
co-operate and leaves. Naksh tells Manish that they'll take Naira to Singhania
Sadan from the hospital and continue rest of the treatment and care there.
Akhilesh reminds Naksh that Naira's home is where her
husband and in-laws live. But, Naksh says that it doesn't matter as she doesn't
remember those things. Manish replies that she doesn't even remember the
Singhania family too.
Manish allows Naksh to take Naira to Singhania Sadan but
reminds him that Goenka house is her own home and she can return whenever she
wants. Manish also puts a condition that Naksh will never stop them if they try
to put any effort into Naira's treatment.
Naksh agrees but he clearly refuses to agree to Kartik's any
suggestion or allowing him to meet Naira.
Manish tries to prove to Naksh that Kartik can't be blamed for Naira's condition as he cheated his whole family just for Naira's happiness.

He says that their fate is responsible for Naira's condition,
not Kartik. He tells Naksh that he's too
upset from Kartik.
He understands that
Kartik did wrong with his sister but he did wrong with his daughter and
daughter-in-law too and he also wants to punish him but for the mistake he did,
not for the one who's not under his control. But, Manish's guidance wasn't
enough to pacify upset Naksh.
Naksh removes all pictures of Kartik from Singhania house.
Bhabhimaa asks him why is he removing them? Naksh tells her that the doctor asked to keep Naira away from all stress
and worries and he doesn't want Naira to see Kartik and remember those things.
Devyani reminds him
that they need her to remember everything. Naksh tells Devyani that he doesn't
want Naira to remember any bad memory that may kill her desire to live.
He tells them that the Doctor
told him that shock can be dangerous for Naira. He's not doing this for his
personal hostility against Kartik but because he really cares about Naira.
The next morning, Naira comes home. Singhanias welcome her.
The family members have framed Naira's every
beautiful memory in the hall. Naira goes
through all the pictures but couldn't remember anything. Naksh tells Naira
about her room.
Naira looks at the disappointed faces and requests them to
not be upset. Naira can't remember anything but still,
she cares for the family and doesn't want them to be stressed because of her.
Bhabhimaa tells Naira that nobody is stressed and asks her to remember only
that this is her house and family.
Devyani asks Naira to
allow them to try to bring her memory back. Naira requests them to help her as
this blank feeling doesn't feel good.
She tells them about
the questions always going in her mind but she can't get the answers to them.
Devyani asks Naira to go to her room and rest. Bhabhimaa prays for a miracle to
return Naira's memory.
Naksh shows Naira her room and asks her to rest. Kartik sees
the videos of his wedding with Naira and gets frustrated. Manish comes there to
console him.
Kartik criticizes himself for hurting Naira. He blames
himself for Naira's condition. Manish consoles Kartik and tries to convince him
that he isn't responsible for her memory loss. This situation isn't under their
control.
Naira sees some blur
images of Kartik in her dreams that don't let her sleep. She goes through some
photo albums but can't remember anything. Manish motivates Kartik to help Naira
in her tough times. He guides Kartik to use the strength of his love and pull
Naira out of the hell.
