The Parivaar Awards continue with the category of "Favourite Bhabhi". Luv, Kush immediately give the award to Naira. To thanks Luv, Kush for the award Naira presents a rap for them as they did on her first day as a bride in Goenka villa. In her speech her desire for her baby to be like Luv, Kush also slips from her tongue. But later she handles the matter before Kartik get upset. The next award for the "Favourite Bahu" also goes to Naira. She thanks her family for making her the Favourite Bahu. The next award comes for the "Favourite Pati". And everyone already knows the award goes to Kartik.

Kartik takes Naira with him to the stage and receives the award. He hands over the award to Naira and recites a poem for her. 



Mohit stops KaiRa at the stage and says where are you going? If you came to the stage, take some more awards. And the next category is "Favourite Patni". The award obviously goes to Naira. And then everyone comments give them the rest of the awards too. They ask them to clearly give KaiRa the "Favourite Jodi" and the "Most Romantic Couple" award too. Kartik and Naira are elated to receive multiple awards. To celebrate their awards KaiRa dances together on the stage.  Then they bring the whole family to dance together. 




The song "Hum Saath-Saath Hain...." plays and they all dance together. During the celebration, Badi Naani faints. Suhasini notices her and takes immediate steps to look after her.

Suhasini bursts into tears to see Badi-Naani in such critical condition. Naira comes to console her and credits Suhasini for saving Badi-Naani. As it could be worse if she might not look after her. But Suhasini is still too worried about her Nimmo Didi. Naira calms her down and says why are you thinking about what didn't happen? You yourself said Thank for what you have. She asks Suhasini to wipe her tears as the doctor said that Badi-Naani can regain consciousness soon.

Finally, Badi Naani regains consciousness. Suhasini thanks to God for the same. Looking at their upset faces, Badi-Naani asks why you all are so upset? Am still alive. Vishambhar asks her why didn't she tell them about her ill health. She replies I didn't know my health will get worse. I just felt some digestion problem. They all thank God for Badi-Naani is alright now. The family promises to meet each other to meet at least once a year. Then Badi-Naani expresses her wish to play Kartik-Naira's children. Before the departure of the guests, Naira moves to their next special celebration with the guests. KaiRa organises a photo shoot for the whole family. The whole family comes in a common dress code. Bua-Daadi gets angry when the photographer asks her to stand behind because of her long height. To calm her down Suhasini offers her seat to her and stands behind by Kartik.

After a small argument, the whole family bursts into laughter. The photographer gets a perfect random click. After the guests leave, Naira misses the lively atmosphere at the house. And thanks Naira for helping her with the get-together. Later Kartik-Naira spends some time together but when Kartik remembers Naira's desire for a baby he thinks it's better to stay away sometime. Next day, it's Naira's test to know if the clot will return or not. Kartik hopes the reports to be negative. Naira hopes kartik to understand her to stand regarding motherhood while Kartik worries about her health.

Next day, Naira goes for her next test with blessings of everyone. Suhasini is disturbed to see Gayatri stayed at the Goenka villa because she wants her to stay away from kartik.
