Shivaay can't see Priyanka's life to be ruined in front of his eyes. He plans to get a way to prove to Priyanka that Rajiv isn't the right guy. Through the investigator, Shivaay comes to know that Rajiv worked for Jai Kothari earlier. To listen to Jai's name Rudra comments he will not help us. Annika asks Shivaay who's this Jai? Shivaay tells her that Jai is his biggest business rival. He also tells Annika about his squabble with Jai when he rejected Jai's proposal to marry his sister Neha.

He took Shivaay's rejection over his ego and now just aims to overtake Shivaay. Shivaay doesn't expect that Jai is going to help him. But he has no other option to save Priyanka from marrying Rajiv. So he decides to go to Jai and ask him to help. Daadi asks him to leave soon as they don't have much time. Shivaay rushes to meet Jai.

Shivaay enters Jai's cabin. Jai expresses his surprise to see Shivaay in his office. Shivaay tells him that he needs to talk something important. Jai suspects that Shivaay might have come for help. Shivaay asks Jai for information about Rajiv. Meanwhile, Priyanka is heading to her wedding with Rajiv. Annika tries to stop her and realize her mistake but Priyanka isn't ready to understand anything and sticks to marry Rajiv. She asks Pandit to begin the wedding.

Through Jai, Shivaay comes to know that Rajiv did a scam of 20 crores in Jai's company and then ran away.

Police are still searching for him. Shivaay asks Jai of he has any proof against Jai. But Shivaay still has a doubt whether Jai will give him the proofs or not. But Jai agrees to keep his enmity aside and follow humanity. He understands a brother's concern for his sister and agrees to help Shivaay. But he also tells Shivaay that his help to Shivaay doesn't mean they aren't enemy anymore. He's doing this for his sister and will continue the hostility later. Jai Kothari asks Shivaay to return and promises to him that before him police will arrive at the temple and arrest Rajiv. Shivaay thanks Jai for the favor.

The wedding proceeds to the ritual of Pheras. The family tries to stop Priyanka. Om asks why Shivaay is so late? Annika calls Shivaay. Meanwhile, media comes to know about Priyanka's elope and starts questioning Omkara about the matter. Shivaay arrives and handles the media. He announces you'll not be married. Priyanka again threats Shivaay of drinking the poison. He throws away the poison from Priyanka's hand. Jai arrives there with police. Police arrests Rajiv for his 20 crore fraud with Kothari groups. Priyanka gets astonished when Rajiv runs away from the wedding to see police. The second deceit leaves her shattered. Shivaay hugs Priyanka to console her.

Jai answers to the tough questions raised by the reporters against Priyanka and offers to marry her to save her from the disgrace. He talks to Priyanka solitarily and convinces her to trust him and accept his proposal. He assures to keep her happy and safe. And leaves the decision over her. Shivaay also waits for Priyanka's decision over Jai's proposal. Priyanka accepts Jai's proposal and marries him. But nobody knows Jai's evil intentions. He plotted to make Priyanka fall for Rajiv, then break her heart and then wins her trust by showing himself kind-hearted. He himself hired Rajiv for the drama and determines to take revenge from Shivaay.
