The episode begins in the jail where Sudha loses his temper as she is unable to come out of the jail. Rohan doesn't understand what he should do as lawyers aren't available due to Diwali vacation. Sudha plans something evil again. The Bhallas and Iyers decorate their house with lights for the Diwali celebration. Aliya puts rangoli and the family members appreciate her work. Rohan, Karan, and Kaushalaya come to the Bhalla house.

Rohan tries to talk to Aliya but Aliya tells him to get lost. Ishita comes out to see what has happened. She also tells her to get out. Kaushalaya pleads to her to listen to them once. She pretends to feel sorry for whatever they have done. So she requests to take the complaint back so that Sudha can be out of jail. Raman doesn't agree to do that. Kaushalaya pleads him too. He asks her to go out as they will not take the case back. Raman receives a call from the company and gets to know that people from the bank have come to seal their company. They want to meet the owner of the company immediately as EMI isn't cleared.

Raman wants to go to the office but the bank people want Sudha to come as she is the owner now. He tells that Sudha is in jail. Kaushalaya asks him why his face look so dull now. She laughs at him for being in dilemma. Karan calls Raman a loser and now he blackmails him for taking the complaint back to save his company. Kaushalaya explains the matter to everyone. Raman is in a big dilemma. He asks them to go and gets inside their house along with other members. Rohan and his family's plan fails. They go to jail again and informs Sudha that Raman isn't ready to take the complaint back. Sudha becomes hyper and tells her sons that she has planned this with the bank and the bank people were also ready to support her. She calls her sons hopeless.

Sudha tries to think of something else to blackmail Raman so that she gets out of jail. The constable comes and tells Rohan and others to leave as the visiting time is over and Sudha can be out the day after tomorrow as tomorrow is Diwali. Sudha gets angry. The inspector comes and releases Sudha. Ishita and Raman arrive at the jail. Ishita tells Sudha that they have taken the complaint back just because of the employee of the company.

Raman worries why Sudha is taking so time to talk with the bank people. He is worried about his employment as they expect a bonus in the Choti Diwali. Ishita makes him calm down. Raman doesn't trust Sudha. Sudha comes out after a brief meeting with the bank people. The bank people ignore Raman. Sudha calls Raman a fool for taking the complaint back.

Raman goes to Sudha's chamber in anger and asks her why she is doing this thing. He asks her to give Diwali bonus to the workers. Sudha asks him to shut up as she knows what to do. Rohan tells Raman that he is no one to order his mother. Sudha tells that she will not give the bonus to the employees as Raman has made her a big loss. Ishita asks Sudha not to take the revenge from the employees as they wait for the bonus for the whole year. Raman requests her to give salary and bonus to the workers. Sudha tells Raman to get out as she will not give salary and bonus to the employees. Raman is not able to announce to the workers that they will not get their salaries and bonuses. Sudha decides not to provide peace to Raman and Ishita.

Rohan asks his mother about their next plan. Sudha tells him that she has already played her next plan. Aliya is worried as she knows that her family is not happy about what has happened to Ruhi and her. Two neighbors insult Aliya and Ruhi while walking past the building compound. Mihika takes the stand for Aliya and Ruhi. She asks the women why they think that the mistake is done by Ruhi and Aliya. Mihika asks them to make their sons learn to respect the women. She gives a proper answer to the neighbors to understand the pain of Ruhi and Aliya being a woman. Mihika feels proud of Ruhi and Aliya for being strong and independent. She tells them that if something happens to their daughters then she is going to come and ask them what they feel. She makes the women numb. Ruhi appreciates Mihika. They decide to go to the company to give a bonus to the employees.

Raman meets the department heads and apologizes to them for not being able to give the workers salaries and bonuses. Sudha comes and tells that they will get their salaries. She also announces to throw a Diwali party with the stuff of the company. Rohan and Ishita are shocked to hear that. They are even shocked when they hear that the salaries and the party are going to be possible when Raman and Ishita come to the party along with their family. Raman says that he and his family will not be able to come. Ishita says that they will come. She also arranges for lunch. Sudha tells her son to wait and watch what she plans in the party.

 Sudha and Ishita are seen dancing in the party. Later the Bhallas get a court paper where it is stated that Rohan and Karan want to divorce Aliya and Ruhi and have demanded thousand crore compensation for being mentally tortured by the Bhallas.
